Not sure why you have Houndmasters in this deck that has 3(5 if you count hyenas after death of savannah highmane) beasts in it counting the boar out of Razorfen hunter.
Why would you have a Boulderfist Ogre in there? It has 2 more HP then a Savannah Highmane but so much worse in the big picture.
To me it seems odd without a cleat vison of what you want the deck to be so you grab a little bit of everything and hope it works, but hey you say it gives you good W/L ratio. Let's hope it still does once they fix the ranking system^^
Yeah it's kind of a hodge-podge of cards at the moment and I'm trying to nail down what I want to focus on. As I've gotten feedback elsewhere, I think I need to restructure my beasts a bit more to take advantage of Houndmaster & Kill Command.
Being minion heavy the ghoul is a good thing to keep in. Here are a couple of ideas that could work for you:
Use a Stonetusk boar instead of the Bluegill Warrior. This adds a beast for hound master, and still has a charge minion, albeit it cost 1 less and does 1 less damage, which makes the removal potential after round one a lot less.
Use a 2nd Razorfen Hunter instead of the Murloc Tidehunter. This gives you another beast for houndmaster, and the main minion is a 2/3 instead of 2/1 for only 1 mana more. This may delay your game a bit however, but since you have a number of low cost minions, such as the novice engineer, squire, and grunt it might not be too bad.
Those are the only safe replacements i could suggest, anything else would be change of style and may change how the deck feels. Up to you, but hope this helps a little bit.

It's been pretty good to me with a pretty good W/L ratio. Feedback?

Yeah way too many 1 card minions, not enough beasts
