Loatheb is one of the hardest boss in heroic. Lists you can find are a bit out of date, I tinkered on and on to find something you could use to help in beating this awful boss.

Stubborn Gasterpod is a great addition, and if you can have a Priest of the feast and cast a few spell, that should do it.
