My current Demon Warlock deck.
**Updated 8/16**
Still debating whether to include Illidan Stormrage and/or a Big Game Hunter. The BGH would probably only fit in if I keep the twin construct legends, as he is great insurance in case your opponent ends up with their own Thaddius, and sometimes sacrificing your Stalagg isn't a bad idea (to guarantee Thadd before a silence and get him out sooner). Illidan would be interesting because the Flame of Azzinoth make great Void Terror snacks, and he is also BGH bait so you can summon Thaddius more safely.
Update: Yeeaah, so I've started playing this deck more often (in casual mode) and I'm absolutely astounded how high my win rate has been. The couple games I lost were due to obvious mistakes, which I immediately learned from. I guess I might have to take it on the ladder after all.
Other decks I've posted - http://www.hearthpwn.com/members/Dragaan/decks

**Btw, I only played 3-4 games with this deck at the time I posted these. It doesn't seem too difficult to put together a board like this.
Ahh, this deck is too much fun and definitely the strongest of the demon lock base archetypes. I made a couple small adjustments to my preference (- BGH Feug and Stalagg + Loatheb and Belchers) and have been quite pleased. :)
Looks like helluva fun! But is it competitive on Ranked games? Because I am thinking about crafting Jaraxxus for demonlock deck.
It might be, after some minor adjustments perhaps. I have yet to really try it in ranked games. Like I said in other comments, this deck was mostly made for the fun of it (and it's very fun). It has surprised me with how well it works for me in casual mode, though.
As for crafting Jaraxxus - If you have most of the other, more important (mainly neutral) legends then it's a fine choice. If you are someone who doesn't have many legends and has a tougher time gaining dust, I'd take some time to think about whether he'd be your best choice.
Sylvanas great in this deck. u can kill it with void terror or Power Overwhelming ^^
Do you feel that Sylvanas is necessary to this deck or would it be better replaced by something like Cairne? I'm debating between which two of those I'd like to craft and I feel like Cairne is the stronger card for my 1600 dust. Thoughts?
I think Sylvanas is better than Cairne in this deck, but neither of them are required. As I stated below, that's a felxible slot. A 2nd Faceless would do well, too. As for as your 1600 dust, Cairne is SLIGHTLY better overall, imo (considering all decks).
Sylvanas is too good in this deck. Double void terror, double Power Overwhelming, and double shadowflame (not to mention taunt-givers and faceless) have too much synergy with her. I'd replace a Siphon Soul or maybe even bgh if you really want Loatheb. Both of those cards are pretty necessary imo, though, in case one of your 20 attack minions gets MC'd or faceless'd, lol. I guess you could get by with only 1 of the 2, tho. After all, the Siphon used to be a Dread Infernal.
I'm having a ton of fun with this deck. I'm really glad to see voidterror finally seeing play. I been wanting to play stallag and feugen and this deck is perfect for them. I actually took out a faceless for 1x sun fury for early game (we'll see how it turn out).
P.S. I love void terroring both stallag and feugen on the same turn for double Thaddius (OP)
Yea, too bad lock doesn't have a way to make Thaddius charge. I use 1 Charge in my construct warrior deck and it's devastating (I bgh my own stalagg after attacking with it, then charge the thaddius that pops out).
Interesting, your deck is very similar to mine except for a few differences such as that I am experimenting with Illidan, and not running Doomguard or Soulfire because of fear of losing a critical card in hand from the discard. My #1 question for you: Do you find the discard hurts?
I also find it interesting you don't run the 2x Sunfury Protectors, I always feel like I need more taunts to protect my face with Demon control, but maybe I will try taking them out in favor of 2nd owl and maybe a Faceless.
It hurts, but soulfire is just too strong not to include. Handlock has always run 2 of them, and that's arguably the worst deck in the game to have to discard with.
As for the sunfuries, I play this deck for fun. So far I haven't had too many issues with a lack of taunt-givers, but if you're using this on the ladder it might be different. This deck is more for fun than anything else.
EDIT: Oh, yea... As for Doomguard, I'd never ever think of taking them out. They are way too powerful in this deck. So far I've never lost a single card from playing Doomguards, as I always played them either on an empty hand or got them out with Voidcallers. The fact that you can POSSIBLY play them for free makes them an absolute must here, even though you don't always get them for free.
Glad you like it. Hunter, I hate. Aggro, however, I actually did pretty well against. I always seemed to get a nice tempo play out by early midgame that allowed me to keep board control and/or out-race them. Void callers/terrors always seemed to be on my side.
You know, if/when I decide to take this on the ladder I think I might try putting in a Demonfire (possibly over Sylvanas). The extra removal would help vs aggro/zoo, but it's versatile enough to be useful in any situation with this deck.
