So.... how this deck works?

First of all, you are good to go against every aggro match up, you destroy every synergy with devolve - so murlocs, living mana, buff - all dead. 

Second, the most important thing you have to learn is when to spirit echo and when to commit your board to use it. As you can see your only card draw is mana tide and harrison so its very crucial to produce value of your own with spirit echo. Now, against aggo such as pirates, you might use it when you drop down some taunt such as Thing from below or Stonehill. Against control match ups, you want to always drop it on jades, always. Its important to wait some time to drop thing from below  in those match ups, to a point when you can play for example two of them with some jades and Spirit Echo then to get that insane value.

Last point is vs mages. Now you dont want to draw alot untill its crucial, so dont play that mana tide early on. You ALWAYS, ALWAYS play spirit echo on your heals. The first main change i've made to this deck was swapping one Spirit Guardian for Jinyu, which made match ups vs mages so much easier. You just want to survive their burn, so save it untill past Alex (f thats discover mage) and Echo then.
