This is the deck I used to beat Maexxna normal/heroic modes.

Naxx Reminder
Sometimes you will get bad hands/draws as the match progresses, making it harder to set up win conditions and kill her. If this happens concede and try again. It takes a bit of RNG, but eventually you will get good hands/draws. You will beat her, just keep trying! :)
Info
Removed: Razorfen Hunter, Stormwind Knight, Argent Commander, Darkscale Healer.
Added: Blessing of Might, Blessing of Kings, Light's Justice, Hand of Protection in their place.
1. With Blessings you can now push for more damage for 1 turn, specially in the early game.
2. The lower cost of cards allow for easy cycling as well so you can get the heal combo quicker.
3. The overall strategy is the same, only I've cut down the deck's mana curve, and added some useful cards to push for early damage and still maintain the same strategy.
4. This is more fleshed out, and the only dust required is for Earthen Ring Farseer which is not needed, but increases the attempts chance of succeeding substantially.
Mulligan
You want to Mulligan for Stonetusk Boar, Voodoo Doctor, Bluegill Warrior, Earthen Ring Farseer at the beginning of the game.
Strategy
1. Begin the match by using your charge minions whenever possible to deal damage to her as much as possible. Never target her minions. Keep using your charge minions till you draw a Consecration, or get really low in Health.
2. Sometimes she will put down a Dire Wolf Alpha in this case use a Bluegill Warrior to kill it off instantly, the extra 2 damage can actually kill you.
3. Once she has 4 Haunted Creepers and you have a Consecration in your hand use it. It will flood her board with ones and never be able to use anything else.
4. At that point where she has 7 1/1s on the board you will take 7 damage per turn, this is where your focus will now shift to healing every turn.
5. Use Voodoo Doctors and Earthen Ring Farseers if you have them. The point is to wait till you can cast 2 or 3 healing minions in 1 turn. If it gets to late game begin using Guardian of Kings and Voodoo Doctor each turn for 8 healing per turn.
6. Keep healing constantly using any of the above methods always healing 8+ per turn. Use any remaining mana on cheap charge minions for damage. If you can heal more the 7 damage you would take the following turn use Hammer of Wrath for extra 3 damage and card draw.
7. Make sure you kill off on purpose the boars and bluegills with a Stoneskin Gargoyle if she placed its in order to make room for your healing cards to come back to you on her turn. Keep doing the combo till she dies.
8. In some cases you will have more than enough healing cards in your hand, in this situation flood the board with the cheap Voodoo Doctors and Earthen Ring Farseers to ensure one of them stays on the board next turn, and keep trying to "Flood Heal" until she dies.
9. Remember to use Blessing of Might & Blessing of Kings on your charge minions to push for extra damage, even though its for 1 turn it actually makes a huge difference. But only use said cards when you're ahead in health and can afford to spend the mana on the buffs and still survive on her following turn.
The Hand of Protection is there only due to the low mana cost and flexibility to easily use it in order to cycle cards if the need arises.
Light's Justice is another very low mana cost card, although its only 1 damage, thats 4 damage over 4 turns, which adds up. Especially when you're just healing that turn.
10. Once you reach 10 Mana, the most common strategy from this point is to use Guardian of Kings to heal for 6 Health, and play 1 Wolfrider to push for 3 damage. Effectively only losing 1 health per turn and doing 3 damage. This strategy works as long as you've done sufficient damage before the initial Turn 10 arrives.
In most cases if you happen to get too low you can just skip playing Wolfrider for a few turns, and just use Guardian of Kings & Earthen Ring Farseer to heal for 9 each turn. It will extend the amount of turns you can do with the Guardian of Kings / Wolfrider combo, thus eventually killing her.
11. This is a long match, and it takes a while to kill her, so be ready to spend a bit of time making sure you're following the steps/doing it properly. You might have to concede and repeat due to RNG, but you don't want to spend all day doing it either. You will be her, just take your time and you will succeed! xD
Got her on first try actually playing after conceding few 447 hands into another 447 hands :)
I just killed her now. What is the best case scenario (for me atleast) is that you have 1 Antique Healbot on your hand, and one charge minion. She has to have a full board of minions, and their damage can't equal more than 8 damage. What you do each turn when you hit this scenario, is that you play a healbot and a charge minion. You heal for 8, they both get bounced back to your hand, and then at her turn she damages you for 7-8. Just repeat this process, and just ignore her board. All you gotta hope for is that you don't fatigue with this tactic, so use a weapon or a Hammer of Wrath in between when you have them, to push for more damage. All you gotta look out for is that you stay at or above 9 hp.
I second that. I've literally failed about 10 matches without modifying the actual deck posted above.
Would definitely REMOVE Concecrations from deck and switch them for some high mana Charge monsters OR / AND switch to Priest as you'll be using your Hero skill more efficiently.
It took me about thirty tries, but it is doable this deck. It's really luck based though, basically three things have to happen for you to win:
1. You have to draw Consecration before turn four
2. Maexxna has to play four Haunted Creeper by turn four
3. You have to draw a mix of low cost charges and heals over the first few turns
I lost so many times because one of those things didn't happen. If all three happen then it's absolutely winnable on your first try.
I also recommend working Leeroy Jenkins in if you have it. There's no downside since Maexxna's board will be full after turn four, it's a high damage charge, and the five mana cost works well with a lot of other cards in the deck. You never want to play more than two minions so Maexxna's stuck with all 1 damage cards, so I found having a higher cost/damage charge helpful.
Your way will work, but you don't have to draw Consecration at all.
On turn 5, I used humility on two creatures and then ran a boar with a Blessing of Might into one Haunted Creeper and a Bluegill Warrior into another to fill Maexxna's board with 1 attack minions. Then I used a couple of Wolfriders to hit it for 6 damage each turn until turn 7.
On turn 7 and from then on, I used Guardian of Kings to heal for 6 and one Wolfrider for 3 damage. I lost 1 life per turn for every 3 that Maexnna lost. That gives you tons of turns to pick up a Voodoo Doctor or Holy Light if you need it to stall for more turns. I had 15 life or so (I think I used a Holy Light before turn 5, but I don't remember), so I just kept hitting Maexxna to the face with the wolf rider until it died. The irony is that I kept conceding games on turn 1 until I drew a Consecration - I had two in my hand by the end of the winning game and it would have been the wrong move to use them.

Sick of waiting for Consecration?
Use this combo and let the sheep do the job:
+ 2x Elven Archer
+ 2x Explosive Sheep
- 2x Hand of Protection (I found no real use for this card)
- 2x Light's Justice
Makes no sense for it to be happening over and over. Something's wrong with your overall strategy. There are only 12 minions in the entire deck. If you don't have the right cards before your hand fills up, you can just play a heal spell, a weapon, and/or place a spell on a charging minion even though it'll get dispelled when the minion gets sent back to your hand. The only card you should never play a second time is Consecration because, once the board is filled with 1 attack creatures, leave it alone.
The worst case scenario is to draw all creatures and not have the Guardian/Charge combo. A Bluegill will still work, so it has to be that the Guardian isn't being drawn. I put Archer's in mine and didn't bother spending the dust on Earthen Ring Farseer's. They were kind of a waste of space, but cheap damage. I guess even better would be to craft a couple two more low cost minions with charge and then make sure that your starting draw has a Guardian in it. With Humility, you don't even need Consecration to win. The Guardian and making sure that Maexnna's board is filled with 1 attack creatures by turn 7 is all you need to win. A Voodoo will get you infinite life and the chargers bring her down faster than you go down, which quickly makes up for the damage you have to take in the first several turns. Adurin's strategy is definitely the best I've seen for F2P.
Worked well the first try, until she started attacking my minions. Once she killed off some of her spiders, she plopped down two Sludge Belchers. I did not survive. :( Is there a trigger for her to attack minions instead of me?
