I've been playing this deck for a while now and have really enjoyed it.  The play style is wickedly fun and brought me out of a hs slump.

Recent addition was removing 2 Wild Pyromancer and including 2 Tournament Medic.  I'm enjoying the results.

OTK Priest-decks are hard as f*ck to win with, if opponent pressures too much and you dont have the answers, ur screwed.

True. They are not for everyone :)

Its only for prolevel players that can basically anticipate entire game from the first card, i cant even read ahead 1 turn and ive played since closed beta

You are being hard on yourself. Just stop and think for time given to you. If you are regularly playing from beta, then you know the deck your opponent playing in this meta, so you know, options that are given to him.

I keep trying to make this deck work and I am not having any luck.

The most common situation is not having enough mana for the combo before you run out of life. Drawing Thaurissan is mandatory and your chances of drawing the card are too low.

Another issue is not being able to get enough damage for OTK. Too often opponent health is just 2 HP away from OTK because you cant get a minion with low attack and high enough health to make the madness combo work. Nothing stays on the board long enough to make the combo work from your own side.

Laslty, your hand is often filled with too many situational cards and no available situation to use them resulting in a hand full of dead cards and nothing to do but helplessly let them kick your face in to zero life.

How the heck do you go 9-0 with this deck?

All these vids are late game results. It is rare for me to live past turn 6 and make it that far.

Check some Toasts streams. Or find videos on YouTube. Even more, this deck became really popular, so you can find other streamers playing it really good (even Firebat did it and that guy is not into playing funky crap). Kripp, for example, did a video about it few days ago. Not this deck, but really similar. Like 95% same. Check that out. Those guys really show, how you muligan, how you manage your resources and play against different decks.

I think you were focusing too much on the Djinni OTK, I found myself and really by looking at Toast's or Kripp's videos that you can easily miss lethal.

Think outside the box, sometimes you don't even have to anticipate what the other player will play as long as you know you'll live for another turn as with this deck you can often find lethal without having a single minion on board.

All in all decks like these require A LOT of experience and ability to count really quickly in order to not only spot lethal but to be able to actually click all dem cards as well.

Very nice to see a working version of inner fire priest once more

Used to play buff priest back in classic, however it became irrelevant with the introduction of huntertaker and whatnot.

Always knew djinni would have some sick potential, glad to see someone manage to unlock it.

Played a few games now, often drop one djinni on its own just for board leverage. It eats a power word or two by the side as you collect the full combo. If left ignored it can become quite annoying to deal with on its own due to its 4 damage high health. I added a lightwell because i lack the second doomsayer and well it kinda works as a replacement i guess.

This deck does require some actual thinking which is nice. Btw reno is a perfect combo target, [(6 + 2) x 2 = 16] x2 = 32 damage, enough to deal with any non armored/non taunted enemy, making it a potential otk at turn 6 already (if djinni unharmed on the board).

Games are hard to pull off sometimes, but that's the charm. High risk, high gain.

I'm playing Hearthstone for 2 years now and nobody ever played Nozdormu against me. Makes me sad.

Could be both or either - the deck got quite popular now.

I really want to make this work but I just cannot figure out how to survive long enough to put together the combo. Does anyone have a full-match video so I can see mulligans and early game play? I messed around with this all day off and on in Casual and had very little luck.

There're a lot of answers. Mainly - you don't plan your turns ahead and not using all the synergies in the deck. Also, might be wrong muligans.

I am in the same boat. I need advice on Wild Pyromancer, and early to mid-game survival. I feel like if I use any of the spells to proc him I am wasting what I will need later. Thoughts on this?

Well, it's risk management. Sometimes, if you don't, you'll die. Ergo, won't make it to combo. It's really situational - analyzing, what your opponent will play next turn and how can he kill you.

Very fun and nice deck, can otk almost everything except renomage using ice block lol

-1 Djinni +1 Forbidden shaping for more filler like when you don't have something to play and extra board
