After many attempts and testing this is the best build of paladin I could make. I wanted it to be as consistent as possible thats why I added solid cards like curator or drake.

Theres a lost of synergy in the deck with beasts, dragons, divine shields and buffs making your minions really hard to remove. There are also 5 cards that make you draw (potential 6 with finley), and most of them on average draw you more than 1 card.

Finley: take warlock hero power or hunter vs control, fireblast vs aggro, also priest is good  if you can stabilize.

Mulligan:

Buff cards (smugglers run, Grimestreet Outfitter) always good

1 drop minions and Faerie Dragon

Small-Time Recruits (really good if you have buffs already)

You can keep Wickerflame Burnbristle vs super aggro like pirate warrior, but you should buff it first before playing it.

Potential replacements that I end up cutting due unconsistency: 

Meanstreet Marshal very good if buffed, dreadful if not 

Psych-o-Tron good value, but too defensive for this type of deck and a bit slow

Sunfury Protector good vs aggro, not very good vs anythig else

Uldaman good for trading defensively vs big threats, bad when offensive

Aldor Peacekeeper doesnt seem to fit well in the deck
