Well, I copied this deck from a Chinese Streamer, I don't know if this was posted before.

For starting hand, it's better always keep Earthen Ring Farseer and Coldlight Oracle in hand.

Usually you don't have to clearing the board, just keep drawing until you get Preparation and Vanish. 

Early Game

Keep healing, clearing board, drawing until mid game, DON'T show your opponent you are a Mill Rogue unless he/she with 8 cards in hand.

Mid Game

Spam your Coldlight Oracle

ALWAYS REMEMBER to showstep your Coldlight Oracle back to your hand before end turn.

Late Game

When your opponent hand is full

IF enemy minions on board is not powerful, you can choose to Vanish first then Coldlight Oracle

Else enemy minions on board is powerful, you can choose to Coldlight Oracle first then Vanish to kill his board enemy

Both of you run out of cards? You got lower health than your opponent?

Don't worry, use Reno Jackson and Gang Up

If you don't like so much drawing, replace it with healing minions.
