With the potential of lots of C'thun decks running around after WotOG is released, I feel like mill decks will be a decent counter, as if you mill C'thun, you've taken away their main and maybe only win condition.  Also, if freeze mage is super strong this deck would do well against it I feel.  Aside from Antique Healbot and Deathlord, nothing else is being taken away from mill rogue when standard hits.  As far as new cards go, a few can be potentially useful in this deck. Anyone who has seen or played mill rogue knows the basic core of the deck so I'll just explain some of the new additions:

Sir Finley Mrrgglton  Since I don't wanna hit any minions with my face, I excluded poison and am trying this card out as it also doubles as a combo activator.  So far I'm on the fence about it, but sometimes if you get armor up or heal it can be a difference maker.

Refreshment Vendor -  Well of course with such a slow and defensive deck you really need heals, and this one has a decent body attached.  With healbot gone I'm really not sure if this deck will have enough survival.

Thistle Tea - Synergy with coldlight oracle, really anything it copies will be good.  Copying spells will increase Yogg's potential.  *I've decided after testing this card is too high cost as I want my prep almost exclusively used with Vanish.

Shadowcaster - Well more synergy with coldlight, and isn't terrible with the other minions.  Potential Yogg value (probably not!) good with Emperor and Brann too.  Needs some testing to see how consistent it is. *After testing this card is AWESOME!  I hardly use it for coldlights but hitting it on Brann opens up some amazing combos.  I used it on Brann, cast both branns next turn with Master of Ceremonies for a full 20+ heal.  Also some crazy card draw with coldlight if you're careful not mill yourself.  I run one but I Might try more with two.

Yogg-Saron, Hope's End - Because I love this cards hilarious effect and this would be a surprise to your opponent.  Also there are 18 spells in this deck so I figured it would be a good fit!

Nat, the Darkfisher - Well getting your opponent to draw cards IS the win condition after all.  This is the only deck archetype where the "downside" of the card is actually an upside for you.  Obviously only use if you're unfortunate enough to draw it from a card pack lol.  Can be replaced with another agent, or anything you want really.  *I haven't drawn this from packs yet but if I do I will test it out.

Doomsayer Now without silences this card can shine as it can either heal for 7 (absorb damage) or kill minions/tempo.  I wanna do more testing before deciding if I wanna run one, two or none at all.

Cards that I consider for the deck, and will test after this list is used enough are:

Earthen Ring Farseer - Depends on how much healing you need

Youthful Brewmaster - Synergy will vendor, coldlight oracle, and shadow caster.  It was much better with healbot though.

Azure Drake - Sometimes you draw just sucks so you need more, and spell damage can be a huge difference sometimes.

Sylvanas Windrunner- I would say this would be my first replacement for Nat, as you can actually proc it yourself with spell damage and eviscerate

Fan of Knives - Good vs aggro, and card draw.  *I now run 1-2 of this as I see fit.  It's good for aggro and when you just need another card which hopefully isn't too often.
