This is ShtanUdachi tempo Warrior list with - HJ + Cairne. Very solid deck but should not be played like your other decks (patron/CW).  While in patron you often hold onto combo pieces and in CW you try to extract value from cards, this deck is all about playing minions onto the board and using the weapons/minions for efficient trades while still pushing and preserving the board 

Keep Monkey/Shredders/Weapons .. use whirlwinds for cards with acolyte/battle rages.. play big minions at the end to close out the game

Why no brawl and shield slam ?

From my short experience with this deck, you're basically betting on very favourable minion trades instead of other means of removal. This is much more of a midrange/tempo deck than a control one, you basically want to be ahead before turn 10, and on or soon after turn 10 slap a varian that will be a finisher.

you scoop at turn 6 or 7 with this deck, if you get to 10 you are playing against a looser or someone with a bad start hand (does never happens with 3 cards hand...)and Varian is mid good, getting grommash for the kill or Rag is what counts...

Finally, after ~8 months of having varian (He was the ONLY legendary in my preordered tgt packs --> reason I'm not preordering wog), I found this deck that is a VERY good use for him. I dusted Cairne before standard was announced, but I just replaced him with sylvanas for now and the deck does a very good job. People are not expecting varian at all.

I love the deck, really fun to play and differs from the classic warrior style. I started using at rank 3 and these are my stats

I'll retake my comments, dunno how het got 1 on eu, but he was very lucky, every hunter, Patrons match has been lost, and the ladder stinks with this crap, btw Aggro shaman and secret paladin is autoscoop  and quite popular as well...

the deck is bad in defense and needs to have luck to get his taunts removals in time, the offense is crap as well as you need to weaken your creature to make trades , if you happen to live to late game then the big critters and  armour plays will let you win.

Going 0-10 atm, scooping on round or before 6 because there is no way i can keep up with the other faster decks

Maybe playable in legend but definetly not working on rank 15-5, to much shit aggro...

no Shield Slam and Justicar Trueheart?

This deck is more about a tempo/mid-range style using minions that trade very well against their same cost counterparts. Justicar is not used here because her battlecry is a waste if she is pulled by Variann.

Shieldslam isn't used also because you would be relying on your high-quality minions to do favourable trades, and plus you won't be using your hero power using this deck because that doesn't improve your board state, it is in fact a lost in tempo.
