Hearthpwn

One of the key cards included in this deck is Fallen Hero.  Aside from being a decent card on its own, it's particularly good in this Tavern Brawl due to the fact that the 2-mana minions you can play in this Brawl are usually 3/2.  If you get Fallen Hero on 2 mana and your opponent doesn't have spell or weapon removal, they can't challenge it with another minion.  Perhaps Fallen Hero can provide a suitable replacement for Mad Scientist in the Standard format.

Most of the rest of the deck is pretty standard.  Toshley and Rhonin are used in this deck with great effect to provide 1-mana spells to trigger Archmage Antonidas.  Also, Bloodmage Thalnos can be used in conjunction with Blizzard to clear Patrons, or just for some extra burst.
