Update #2!! USE THIS DECK INSTEAD: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/621393-heroic-cheap-chieftan-scarvash
Quick update: with Molten Giant nerf, this deck is pretty much obsolete. I'm trying to find another solution.
He starts with 2 on board, starts dealing damage immediately. You can play Doomsayer round 2 to clear or drop Annoy-o-Tron to stave off some damage (Zombie Chow good too). It's good to note that you shouldn't worry if Doomsayer or Annoy-O-Tron get killed immediately. They are just there to harass while you draw more cards. They are not the game winning cards.
If he drops a secret, do not use your hero power.
Mulligan for: Molten Giant, Doomsayer, and Annoy-o-Tron.
Round 1-4: Either play Doomsayer or Annoy-o-Tron, or use hero power to find Molten Giant. Take damage. Don't heal until you have a giant on the board.
You can use Shadowflame or Doomsayer to clear board after you've taken enough damage to drop your giants with taunts.
Utilize minion heals and wreck him with giants.
Substitutions: Sylvanas Windrunner is a GREAT substitution.
Edits: I've replaced Sea Giant x2 for Sludge Belcher x2. I also swapped out the MC Techs for KT and one Corruption for round 1. I've been reading a lot of what you guys have posted and I think these changes will push the deck in a better direction. If you have KT and Annoy-O-Tron in hand, try to hang on for the combo. With both on the board, the AI will not attack at all.

Worked great. First try. I'm glad because I don't have half the cards for that warrior deck
I didn't have some cards, so I substituted:
-1 Doomsayer, -2 Syphon Soul, -2 Shadowflame, -2 Sea Giant, -1 Molten Giant
+1 Explosive Sheep, +2 Corruption, +2 Hellfire, +1 KelThuzad, +1 Sylvanas, +1 Sludge Belcher
2nd try with 1st turn corruption and healing and taunts, hellfires+sheep and molten FTW.
THANK YOU.
After driving myself nuts trying to make the Warrior build work, I built this and beat the boss on the first try. The massive amount of taunts and heals worked wonders. Note that he has the new Paladin card to turn your 8/8s into 3/3s, but if you save your Owl, you can reset the Giant and quickly run him over.
Even if I finally get the moltens taunted before being pwnd, he kills me with a starfire+bolt combo. Every. Damn. Time. Sure it is not rigged. It is not like he always has those 2 spells in hand...
Update: now it is 8 times in a row. Get to low hp -> moltens -> taunt -> spell finisher. GAH!
First try! Turn 4 - two Moltens and Argus :3 Thanks for the deck!
Thanks man! Actually won this on my first try with this deck. Had a lot of trouble getting these troggs away but the Ancient watcher with shadowflame changed the game.
Only took me about 3-4 attempts, once you get rolling, you don't stop.
First try. Thank you.
Thanks a lot, great deck.
Are you all joking? I can not even get close with this deck. Doomsayer turn two, then turn 4 he has a shade out or his flame elemental that hits for 7 and nothing to stop it. By turn 6 I am dead. I have done this 10 times already. Even if you have a molten out he just dies to the shade and something else and he still has two guys and you have less than 10 health.
This deck made the battle look almost fair. Thank you.
(I hate this boss. Very much.)
-1 Sea Giant + Sylvanas Windrunner
Can I use this video with the guide?
Sure.
I just wanted to say thank you. Not very easy but easy enough. :)
Totally easy. play like handlock.
In fact, I also beat heroic Achaedus with this deck first time.
I couldn't beat him to save my life but I tried this deck on heroic Archaedas and it works reallllly well :D
Yeah. That's why I said if you want to play KT, you might want to sub in belchers as well.
Sure, if you can survive long enough to cast a KT. Longest this deck has survived in 6 games is turn 5.
Just keep at it. Sometimes it's an extremely close call. If you have a molten giant in hand, taking damage isn't so bad.
Pretty easy if you get a taunted Molten Giant early in the game. Played with a Kel'Thuzad because I don't have the Sea Giant. About three turns of BM because he would never have an answer.
