Step 1: Loose health superfast and heal your opponent in the ealry game with Flame Imp, Wrathguard and Zombie Chow. Use all of those for trading!

Step 2: Get some minions thanks to the underdog mechanic. You should ust them most likely for trading.

Step 3: Come back like a classic Handlock with Sludge Belcher, Molten Giant + Sunfury Protector/Defender of Argus.

General tips:

Leave your opponent basically @ higher health and establish your board until you can kill him in 1 or 2 turns.

Remember that sometimes the face still is the place. If your opponent just went face last turn, priority 1 is to clear his stuff and as long as you stay @ 4 health (or better 5/6) more than him, send minions to his face.

As soon as you are at the point, the mechanic kicks in, your opponent is willing to do anything to reduce their own health in most cases. When this happens, show them, why Zombie Chow can be the meanest thing on earth.
