Hello!

Miragent Is So Hot!


I'm here with another anti-meta deck for you to reach legend with. This time is Tempo Mage!
This deck carried me from rank 3 to legend in an amazing series of victories! My winrate at the time i hit legend was around 75% 

Card choices:

Effigy  over Counterspell: Eff is a really great card in this deck, since you have plenty of high cost minion to transform. Counterspell is too easily activated by things like paladin secrets.

Spellslinger over Arcane Intellect: Ahhh this guy. I've seen many people claiming that he is "mediocre" at best. Well, he is not. One of the problems of tempo mage was the lack of a solid three drop to keep up the pressure while playing on curve.  He does that, while also providing a resource: spells are incredibly valuable in this deck, even if they are useless (totemic might for example is still a Fireball by antonidas and 2 damage by Flamewaker). Yes i've lost games due to insane luck by my opponent. And yes, i've won games due to my own RNG luck as well. But on AVERAGE he will be much more useful for you. 

Toshley over Rhonin:  My impression is that Rhonin is too slow. Toshleydoes basically the same thing but he covers the 6-drop slot that would otherwise be empty while providing BGH immunity and the same body (7 health). 

Water Elemental over Piloted Shredder: This is basically my tech choice: weapon hate. If you see many paladins druids and warriors, play water ele. If you see many warlocks priests and mages, play piloted shredder. It's a meta call!
