Always push for early game cards like frostbolt, mad scientist, mana wyrm. If you have a good start keep cards like Water Elemental.

Hunter- Push for board control early. Now that most decks are a little slower it is a bit easier. Try to set up duplicated with cards like Belcher/Water Elemental.

Warrior- You are usually favored in this matchup. Play on curve in the early game and because both decks are slow, you will have a chance to play big late game cards.

Paladin- Unfortunately the new Paladin decks are really strong featuring cards like murloc knight and other midrange cards like quartermaster etc. Not too much luck here so just do the best you can.

Shaman- Most of the shaman decks you play with be the new midrange totem decks. As long as they dont get good hands (totem golem) you are usually favored.

Replacements:

Rhonin- This card is basically only use to force the other player to waste a silence or combo with Antonidas. I think the best replacement would be Toshley or other things that can easily activate Antonidas.

Antonidas- Just a finisher card, look for other late game threats or even early game cards to keep up with your opponent early

Dr. Boom, Sylvanas, Ragnaros- Late game threats

Thaurissan- No replacement

Alex- Anything that can heal you after an ice block (healbot)
