I want to start off by clarifying that I'm aware that this is not an original idea for a deck, it's an aggro paladin that has been slightly tweaked with the addition of TGT cards.
The general gameplan is the same as the standard aggro paladin. I think Eydis Darkbane is an auto-include in aggro paladin, and honestly Fjola Lightbane seems really strong as well. Warhorse Trainer seems like a nice addition (turn 2, coin muster, turn 3 Warhorse trainer for instance), but I guess it has to be playtested. It does however seem like a one-of.
Maybe there are some tweaks to be made, drop a 1-drop for another clockwork gnome or maybe throw in a Hand of Protection in place of the Argent Protector (for Eydis synergy mainly) for instance.
I'd be happy to hear what others think about the little tweaks with the TGT cards.
why no blood knight?
This deck was made before the release of TGT, so the deck wasn't actually playtested before posting it. After the release of TGT I've changed my mind on a few cards, including the bane-sisters. Since the deck is semi-built around them, there's actually quite a few things that I would change.
If not playing the bane-sisters I would drop 1x Seal of Champions, because it's honestly pretty clunky. Probably drop Clockwork Gnome for another Southsea Deckhand or an Argent Squire. I would also probably drop 1x Blessing of Kings. The Warhorse Trainer is also a little inconsistent tbh. So dropping thse and the sisters, you can sub in 2x Piloted Shredder and 2x Murloc Knight (which is a lot better than I thought it would be).
The deck gets a little more "midrangy", but both Murloc Knight and Piloted Shredder are sticky annoying minions (if murloc knight is played on turn 6 or later at least).
Or you could make just a few of the substitutions depending on what you feel works for you.
