This were the cards that I had so if you are wondering why some cards aren't in there, it's probably because I don't have them.

The point of this deck is to control the game until you have Kel'Thuzad combo. Your priority should be getting rid of the minions not going for the face. 
Use taunts to prevent him from hitting the face.
Use minions that have high health or that benefit from being destroyed.

Cards to consider: Blizzard, one more Ice Lance, Ice Block, Ancient Healbot, Alexstrasza...
