Is your favorite card Kobold Taskmaster? No? Well it's not mine either, but turns out it's a really crazy card in Priest! This deck abuses the Armor Scraps to play super early Goldshire Gnolls, reduce the cost of Power Word: Fortitude to 0, and set up OTKs with Bless. If your buff plans don't work out you have a perfectly capable Deathrattle package to fall back on.
Keep in mind that this deck is hard to play. It requires extremely good hand management, knowledge of how much and how potent removal your opponent has, deception to bait out removal and fake lethals, and the judgement to determine when buffs should be used for tempo and when to go all-in. After 50 games on the deck I'm still frequently making mistakes, especially in longer games.

The deck has incredible board presence and generally only struggles against burn due to limited healing, which is why Ping Mage is probably the worst common matchup. Other hard decks to beat are OTK decks that can hold off your minions, such as Poison Rogue, Bolner Shaman and Mozaki Mage.
A couple of notes on some key cards:
- Raise Dead - In most matchups it's okay to bring back any card, but against controlling decks where value matters most you may want to focus on getting additional copies of Spirit Guide and Mi'da, Pure Light.
- Amulet of Undying - Against aggro it's enough to revive a single minion, against most other decks it's enough to get 2, and against controlling decks more than 2 is of course nice, but hitting Mi'da, Pure Light is enough.
- Spirit Guide - This is your only real way to draw cards, so if you think you'll be running out of threats you want to revive and get as many copies of it as possible.
- Battleground Battlemaster - Don't be too greedy with this card, getting a good trade to establish board control can be more valuable than saving it for a possible OTK opportunity that may never come.
- Power Word: Fortitude - Like with the Battlemaster, don't be too greedy and attempt to keep this for an OTK if that means sacrificing tempo. If it's cheap to cast and you can get a good trade out of it, you probably want to do that.
As for the mulligan, you always want to keep Amulet of Undying and Kobold Taskmaster, and as for the matchup-dependent keeps:
Goldshire Gnoll - All classes except Warlock and Druid, but only if you have Coin or Kobold.
Lightmaw Netherdrake (+ enabling spells) - All classes except Warlock and Demon Hunter. Top priority against Hunter and Druid.
Insight - All classes except Hunter, if you have a turn 3 and no turn 4.
Shadow Word: Devour - Hunter and Druid.
Soul Mirror - Paladin and Rogue.
Shard of the Naaru - Paladin, and Druid/Hunter if your hand is otherwise good.
Mi'da, Pure Light - Warrior, Demon Hunter, Warlock, Priest.
If you're broke you can cut Soul Mirror for Hysteria, but I wouldn't recommend replacing Mi'da, Pure Light, it's extremely important in many slower matchups.
Good luck!
Fun deck but quite hard to play out. Managing your cards without real card draw and getting hammered is testing my nerves since im not that patient.
Yet, it really has the opportunity to win late game due to the deathrattles ressurection. Against real quick aggro decks i haven't find an answer unless starting with both netherdrakes in hand. Against control decks its like you said, don't act to fast and greedy :).
Thanks for the fun deck, off to test furtehr and switch some cards :).

I have found this deck to be better against aggro than control. You usually drop to 5-10 health before turning the game with a huge buffed minion.
irrelevant in two weeks.
Still over a week to climb, or even just to try new stuff to play.
Nice idea as I like hand control decks, but without more removal this is a sitting duck against any agro, which is 90% of other decks
Awesome deck can we call it hANDUIN?
Small sample but 3-1 4200-3700 Legend.
Catch them off guard. I love playing this deck. Great work
I couldn't find a way to keep up in the late game without using deathrattles, and it's hard to include even more minions without having to drop Power Word: Fortitude. There may be a more aggressive tempo version worth exploring with a greater focus on synergistic minions and buffs, maybe using Auctioneer to reload on cards instead of Spirit Guide. Personally I'm holding off on further experimentation (and dust spending) until the expansion.
I did not try any other ways to turn health into attack since 2x Bless felt like more than enough. Most games you're mostly trading with relatively small minions until one big swing turn, so having too many attack buffs may just clog your hand.
thanks
indeed card draw is a BIG issue in aggressive version of HP > Atk. yep Gadzget is an idea ^^, Gift of Naaru also for Standard.
some ideas i found there:

more "unleashed" version in Wild thanks to card draw: https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1403995-fas-pries
good idea to fill your hand with scraps and abuse it:) converting HP to Atk with priest i think there is still things to do / discover , especially with kobold, have you tried high HP low atk minions , alchemists , reflecto, lightspawns and stormpike aid before settling for this ? +1 for (finaly) a battletested support priest
It would be nice to know why you think this deck sucks. With only saying it sucks you're not going to convince a lot of people.
As mentioned by Ophion-EU;
"Keep in mind that this deck is hard to play. Probably that he/she saw the positive win rate and think it would be the same for her/him without knowing how to play it with no pactice... Don't lose your time with throll... It is a great deck with cards that are not played at all in ladder. Old good Inner Fire priest :D
this deck sucks ) dont created them )
Construtive comment, thanks for your great advice ! Have a nice day Bud xxx
