Hello, I believe this is one of the best mill rogue decks.

Tips for this deck.

You want to try to have one of the murlocs and/or shadowstep in your opening hand.

Next be careful with the merlocs because you only of 4 of them and two of each so don't let them die before you copy them in the decks. It is better to copy coldlight oracle into your deck but you can copy prize vendor if needed.

In order to not die and you need to utilize cloak of shadow, evasion, and Valeera the hallow. You will not need these for the early game. Use these wisely mid to late game. I would try my best to use evasion earlier than cloak of shadow because when it comes to later in the game your opponent might have the ability to one shot you so being able to use cloak of shadow later gives you some safety.

Vanish. This is an extremely important card in mill rogue. This card also pairs with your anti hero damage spells. You want the avoid damage from your opponent while they build up their board. The best time to use this spell is when their board is almost completely full, obviously, so you can avoid getting hit more and to mill their possible combo cards.

Skulking geist. This is one of my favorite cards in the deck but should not be played unless, you have nothing else you can play on your turn or you are playing against a jade druid/a paladin with playing a deck with lots of secrets/1 cost spells. This card is the only way you can win against a jade druid because of their stupid 1 cost spell that shuffles 3 jade cards that can shuffle 3 more cards into their deck. If you ever come across a secret paladin in wild this card will get rid of their annoying 1 cost spells/their conviction that they will be kept in their hand/deck.

Hungry crab. This card is basically there for destroying murloc shamans. If you ever play against a shaman make sure to have hungry crab in your hand and then shadow step and shuffle him into your deck for an easy win. He also helps trigger swindle and is a one cost card to help get rid of cards in your hand so you don't burn your own cards.

Armor vendor. This card is definitely extremely underrated in a mill deck and I believe it is extremely necessary to use. First it is low cost and helps trigger swindle and get rid of cards in your hand but its main use is to help you build enough armor so you don't get killed when using evasion and in the late game when you need to take some damage to kill your opponent by drawing them to death.

Prize Vendor. A trick on prize vendor is to use him only after you become a death knight. This way you will be able to play a coldlight oracle then prize vendor the murloc then with the death knight ability play the second prize vendor on your prize vendor for an infinite loop of cards. This technique will only be realistically played in 1 out of 30 games and should only be played late late game but it is there for you to use.

Valeera the Hallow. Pretty basic but you want to use her as soon as possible. Also make sure you have 8 cards after you use her because her ability will add a card to your hand.

A tip against those darn aggro decks. Don't draw cards with your murlocs early game because that will only help them. Aggro decks will be one of those cases where you want to play cloak of shadow and evasion earlier than usual to be able for them to fill their board and minimize damage for you to then vanish their minions back to their hand.

A tip against secret mage is to make sure to save your coins to coin out their counter spell to be able to play a vanish, evasion, or cloak of shadow.

A tip for winning in mill rogue and not missplaying. When it comes to the end of the game and you know your opponent will be able to finish you the next turn or in one or two turns. If their deck is finally out meaning their is no more cards and you have at least 3 coldlight oracles or 2 coldlight oracles and the death knight hero power, you have won as long as they are in total 28 health or less because once you play those three murlocs and end your turn then they will amass 28 damage from drawing 6 damage cards from the murlocs and the 7th damage card from the card they draw in the beginning of their hand. So don't make the mistake of trying to fill your hand with murlocs or worry about milling your own cards/ taking a little draw damage yourself as long as you have enough cards in your deck to not kill yourself too you have won.

Another tip against secret mage. They will play that secret that makes them invincible once they take lethal damage. But don't get discouraged when that happens because once you end your turn the invincible shield will go away and when they draw their card at the start of their turn it will kill them.

Decks you will not be able to win against. The only two decks I have not yet been able to win against is even hunter and flamewalker/sorcerer's apprentice mage. With even hunter it just too much face damage and can get past cloak of shadows and death knight's stealth with it's hero power which it has cards to cast more than once. The mage deck will literally kill you by turn 6 and unless you're somehow able to mill out their minion cards there is little to no chance of winning. If you do win against one of these decks with my deck then please leave a comment that you were able to and please tell me how/ what happened for you to do it. I would love to know.

Decks you will absolutely destroy. This deck will absolutely destroy big priest and good. This deck is what big priests fear in their sleep. While big priest causes stress for everyone else, mill rogue absolutely vibe checks them. As a mill rogue player it is my absolute mission to never loose to a big priest, and if you ever loose against a big priest with a mill rogue its time to log off of hearthstone and never touch it again. If you play against any other deck besides the two listed in the previous paragraph and you play strategically and not have any super bad draws you will be able to win and are able to reach legend with this deck. Another note while thinking is that pirate decks are a struggle but I don't think they are impossible to beat just really hard.

Cards that are normally used in mill decks and reasons why I don't have them in. 1. Brann Bronzebeard. He is a good card but after using him for some time with mill decks I start realizing he isn't essential to win and you have to play around him which is bad because you want to only have to play around your opponents cards. He costs 3 mana which is a lot in mill rogue because the strategy of mill rogue is to draw a lot of cards and avoid milling your own cards which means playing a lot of low cost cards, and to pair that when you play him your going to have a bad time with coldlight oracle because it will most likely make you overdraw your hand because of the 4 card draw it will provide. I still think he is good but not optimal for the best mill deck. 2. Togwaggle's scheme. This card is really good for mill decks because it basically a 1 cost card that can shuffle a lot of murlocs into your deck so you don't have to spend too much mana on cards like gang up and prize vendor. But this card has downsides that makes it not worth playing. First is that this card needs to be drawn pretty early because it won't build enough copies to be worth playing and this effect also hurts it because it will be a card in your hand that will take up space when you really don't want cards in your hand to stay long in your hand with mill deck. Second is that Skulking Geist will destroy it which is bad especially against decks you will need to use skulking Geist. Third, prize vendor and gang up are enough to shuffle enough cards into your deck. 3. N'zoth, the corruptor and the taunt minions needed with the deck. I used n'zoth mill decks before and I found them unnecessary to win and makes winning harder. Nothing is more fun than shuffling 10 n'zoth's into your deck and then playing him and summoning six khartut defenders then having your opponent clearing all them out to then play n'zoth again next turn to summon the exact same board and just overwhelming the opponent and completely destroying them.

I believe this is one of the greatest decks for the cost and brings joy while playing it unlike people who play brain dead secret paladin or mindless face hunter. This deck will beat a lot of decks that cost much more than it which is always fun knowing that your opponent spend all that money and/or time to build this extremely expensive deck to just loose to a mill deck and can't do nothing about it.

Hope you all become mill rogue players now and please comment your favorite decks because mill rogue is definitely my favorite.
