Starting hand

Always keep: Lothraxion the Redeemed, Tip the ScalesLost in the Jungle, Air Raid.

Throw away: all murlocs (except Crabrider and Bluegill Warrior in cases of obvious aggro), Anyfin Can Happen and Quartermaster (unless you already have Lost in the Jungle and/or Air Raid)

Playing the game

Do not keep your murlocs in hand: throw them out any time when there is a good opportunity for it. No need to combine them too much in the midgame - they're here just for 1 to 3 finishing uses of Tip the Scales and Anyfin Can Happen, so be sure to play them all. But don't forget: there is no need for bad trades.

The exception for "play when it's green" is Spectral Flyer, that is added to your hand by deathrattle of Fishy Flyer - play them only if there's no other decent options for answer, because they trashing Anyfin Can Happen.

Also preferrable to use hero power each time when there is no necessity for immediate answer. Try to keep Lost in the Jungle and Air Raid for setup for Balloon Merchant and Quartermaster, or at least try to not use all of them before placing Lothraxion the Redeemed.

Use Tip the Scales as early as possible: no need to wait, just be sure that board is empty enough. If board is full of Silver Hand Recruit and you don't have Balloon Merchant or Quartermaster - try to bait your opponnets to clear the board, or trade them yourself. Do not use the second Tip the Scales unless you just want to skip your turn - there is never enough murlocs for second use.

Before using Anyfin Can Happen, try to play and sacrifice all Grimscale Oracle, Bluegill Warrior, Murloc Warleader and Old Murk-Eye. No need to wait for all of them to come, just be sure there a non of them in your hand or board.
