Cthun the shattered with Raise Dead will be insane, that's the whole idea of this deck.
This is quest warlock that only run Vargoth as a minion, so your Raise Dead will only have these 3 minions in the pool : Vargoth, Body of Cthun, and Cthun the Shattered.
The playstyle of this deck is pretty straightforward:
1. You Clear and Clear your opponent board,
2. You Shuffling and Shuffling to get all that Cthun Spell.
3. You Cast and Cast that Cthun Spell to prepare your Cthun. Draw it with The Dark Portal.
4. You Bam and Bam your opponent with your Cthun.
5. Your opponent not dead yet? You raise dead and Bam Bam again.
The nice things you should notice about the deck is :
1. Vargoth can help you clear a lot with the removal spell (especially the new one, Cascading Disaster), get alot of value from Cthun Spell, and help you complete quest early when played along Plot Twist.
2. If you managed to get 0 mana Twisting Nether or Cthun, you pretty much win the game (unless your opponent has armor or heavy deathrattle).
3. The Cthun Spell help corrupt the Cascading Disaster.
4. You can replay the Cthun up to 4+ times if your raise dead have a good hit, so you dont necessarily wait the C'thun to be the OTK to drop it.
Have fun, cults!
Replacement for Sphere of Sapience ?
out of about 12 games, I've only needed the ressurect once. What I seem to need more desperately is another early clear or means of healing, but not sure what to go with.
I have been played this with yogg. I think it needs healt or Polket. cause sometimes the pieces dont come out
This is a heavy spell deck. I added Yogg-Saron, Master of Fate.
That would be awesome, we will have 2 win condition now.
Could you slot Safety Inspector? I think it could help the deck's early game.
I slot Safety Inspector on my other questlock that focusing on C'thun OTK (it plays no raise dead) :

You can look it up. I do think it will help and the curves looks so promising, seems like you can finish quest on 6.
This deck is good if you ignore everything about using Raise Dead on a 10 cost minion. I made a similar list around Tickatus and Malygos. Try to get Tickatus into this deck and finish them with C'Thun, the Shattered. It will help a lot!!
Personally I would cut Raise Dead altogether and add Felosophy. Tickatus will be 1 mana with The Dark Portal so it will be a super easy card to corrupt.
I can share my deck if you want me to!
Cool idea but there's no way you'll survive against aggro.
Are you trolling? What about Dark Skies, Unstable Felbolt , School Spirits ?
Relax, nerd. You don't need to get defensive. Just play your trash deck then and stay stuck at silver lmao idc.
Man, who hurt you?
These kinds of comments aren't helping anyone.
Please try to be mature in the comment section, go for a walk then come back once your testosterone has calmed down.
You have a chance against swarm aggro or midrangey aggro. But against Face Aggro, yea you might not having time since you dont have enough heal. Every deck has a weakness anyway, and it's worth the prize. The prize of playing this deck is the fun of dropping C'thun as many times as you can. :)
Cool theory deck, can't wait to try, but do you think it's worth putting polkelt in to guarantee a zero cost c'thun? Pretty much same concept as current Maly Questlock.
Polket may screw the ressurect pool.
It will screw the res pool which will destroy the point of making this deck (it to summon the c'thun many times). Anyway, if you managed to have 8 cards a turn after you shuffling c'thun to your deck, you can draw it right away with your Dark Portal and play it right away, so you dont necessarily need polkelt.
*I believe if you stick on 'remove-their-board' strategy, you can always drop c'thun right after you draw it. Because even if you dont kill opponent right away, it will kill their board again, and you will have more C'thun to drop with raise dead later.
