All exaggerations aside, never (aside maybe from pre-nerf Call to Arms aggro Pala in wild) have I gotten to legend this easily. I am not a top player, mostly hang around in dumpster legend ranks (5000-ish, my best rank ever was top 600 standard, top 400 wild).
I haven't figured out how to post screenshots here yet, did not use deck tracker unfortunately, but trust me, my winstreak with this deck between Diamond 5 and legend was absurd, absolutely crushed Druids and Paladins, the only trouble was Face Hunter. I think I would have gotten higher break rank than the 2939 it ended up being if I hadn't tanked my MMR with meme decks before.
What pushed this deck over the top for me was cutting some popular but imo overhyped cards like Glide, Voracious Reader, Demon Companion, Chaos Strike and Blade Dance in favor of the list you see here. Let me know how you do with this
Getting stuck with no cards drawing 1 cost minions is rough
You need to get a resilient early-game board with this deck. Ideally you want to protect your snowballing minions (Battlefiend and Satyr Overseer) with Guardian Augmerchant, Beaming Sidekick and Ace Hunter Kreen. If this is set up successfully, your opponent will be forced to play suboptimally in order to deal with your threats and you can pretty much play on curve with massive burst damage i.e. Marrowslicer into Soulshard Lapidary into Glaivebound Adept.
It's really important how you set up your turns so as not to waste resources, also how you set up your Atruis the Outcast turn for maximum impact (ideally with discounted cards from Skull of Gul'dan, but sometimes for early tempo depending on the matchup).
How important is Ace Hunter Kreen?
He definitely helps in battles for board control with aggro/tempo decks, not so much against control decks. Maybe you can slot in a Consume Magic or Double Jump instead
