They said it couldn't be done. They mocked us. "Macinstosh, Control Paladin can't hurt us", they said. "He's not real", they said. Well, it is fiction no longer! Coming to you straight from Macinstosh's secret laboratory (me mum's basement) comes another amalgamation of cards, fine tuned into one neat little package. Now, I proudly present:
STANDARD CONTROL PALADIN!
Quick rundown:
Depending on the match-up, the deck can be slow as hell. It can survive a little while into fatigue, if you play right. In some match-ups, you can play a more midrange or tempo style and win.
Card draw is king in this deck, so use those cards when you can and maybe consider using a mulligan for it.
The King Phaoris combo works best with both Libram of Hope cards in your hand, so plan accordingly. Obviously, depending on the situation, this does not have to be adhered to religiously.
EDIT: Play-testing with Vulpera Scoundrel. Will update if it proves a worthy addition.
Any criticism is welcome! Enjoy!
Does Phaoris summon the original costs of the Librams, or the discounted costs?
It's not something I've tested, but I'm assuming he'd summon minions at the discounted cost. I could be wrong, though.
