Well, this boss in particular is more funny, cause you can't kill him. The only thing you need to do is survive for 10 turns. So, the question is how, cause he start spamming dragons at very first turn... Oh, and he also has 2 mana at the start of the game, so has 3 mana on first turn. And btw, this boss has Bite as well, which is cheating, cause he has unlimited health (or no health at all)
Despite every class has his own good cards to hold these guys back, I still stick to mage's deck, cause this deck is one of the cheapest, and really simple to play.
I tried to beat this boss with freezing only, but it's a bad idea. So I add some secrets, and cards to draw them, to empty my hand later.
Here's an explanation of every card:
Glacial Shard, Ray of Frost, Frostbolt, Snap Freeze - cheap freezings for single targets (You can also put here Water Elemental, though he isn't cheap)
Ancient Mysteries, Arcanologist, Arcane Intellect, Novice Engineer - drawing cards from your decks
Frost Nova, Cone of Cold, Blizzard - mass freeze, if there'll be a big trouble (And there will be, no doubt ;P)
Mirror Entity - a minion for free, and the boss will try to kill it as quick as he can, letting you rest for a bit
Vaporize - guess it's the only situation when this secret is extremely useful. Also, removal for single targets. Yeah, boss can try to play around it by sending minions with less attack, but you have freezes, right?
Ice Block - in this match, it's a pure cheat. You can count it as getting 1 turn closer to goal. Well, since the boss with unlimited health can use Bite, which is cheating, why can't we cheat back? :P
If you want to replace cards - sure, but I doubt that there's a way to make it more effective and cheap
Added The Amazing Reno and that saved me! Last turn, full board, and Amazing Reno to the rescue!
I added The Amazing Reno and was super lucky to be saved by him on the very last turn
ez first try
Very great deck. Second try. Thank you!
Classic Freeze Lock Mage
i did this boss as paladin.
my paladin has decent healing and acces to miniatuarazing minions(aldor/humility/subdue/shrink ray.
you have iceblock 2.0 in form of timeout. zandalari templars and dragon poachers removal/staling. another decent card is air raid 4 mana 4 taunts sign me in. and dont forget GET DOWN.
Hmm... I thought a while after I wrote this description, and actually, ALL classes have good cards to hold those dragons back (For example, Naturalize, Poison Seeds, Spreading Plague for druid; Brawl, Execute for Warrior... You understood what I mean, I guess), but I'm a bit too lazy to change the description :P Also, I guess, paladin will be more expencive... But just a bit more. :P
Upd: Already changed description :P
