This has GOT to be the most fun I have had in some time. No video just yet, but you can watch the crazy HSReplay below!

Only one copy of Spectral Cutlass because Hoard Pillager is our own version of Lightforged Zealot in this deck! (and also saves 300 dust)

The cards in the deck help you stay in the game in terms of tempo. The cards you generate help you win once you're ahead!

I Know what you're thinking now, "Likafoss! You titled this as a budget deck and there's TWO legendaries in it!" I know, I know, those are expensive. Some of you may have been gifted a Flik Skyshiv in some of your free packs, and Captain Greenskin can be replaced by a Toxicologist or another Pirate like Cursed Castaway or Dread Corsair!
