First of all: Hakkar, the Soulflayer is not necessary in this deck! It has won me a few control matchups, but it was alos just sitting in my hand in the more aggro matchups. You may want to replace it with whatever is good in the current meta.

Khartut Defender and Zilliax are really good tools to heal up by a lot if played in combination with Grave Rune. You can also play Grave Rune on Bone Wraith to build a wall, or on Convincing Infiltrator to build a wall and also clear your opponents board.
