Hi All,

Put simply warlock has a really strong combo that nobody is playing

The essential:

  • 2x Expired merchant
  • 2x Plot twist
  • 2x Augmented Elekk
  • 2x Kartut Defender
  • 2x Soul Warden
  • 1x N'Zoth

These 11 cards can give you infinite value, and incredibly strong late game.. I am regularly beating priests with it. The merchant always hits N'Zoth, even if it is silenced soulwarden returns it to you hand. You generate N'zoth to hand, can shuffle additional copies with Elekk and twist combos, or just use plot twist to dig for heal, clears or combo pieces. The merchants dont really dilute the resurect badly because of the kar'tut duplication.

Now these can be combo'd with pretty much any build you want... and this is where the deck is unrefined. But if you go greedy (e.g. sylvanus, thaurisan, betrug, high value deathrattles) you will die and lose games because you play no taunts and get smorc'd.

Uncuttable cards:

  • Lord godfrey
  • Twisting nether
  • Hellfire

These just offer great control, apart from this the world is your oyster

I have gone with plague and lackey package as the plagues offers some single target removal (is super cheap) and they destroy your minion component of lackey lock synergises. However, I have previously run twilight drakes and mountain giants to good effect as well.

I'e only been running it about 50% around rank 4, but 50% of the games I have lost I know i could have won.. Even though I've played maybe 25 or so games with it I am still struggling to learn the match ups

Would be really interested to see people build on this core and come up with the best early game solutions as their is something really off meta and strong here :)

p.s. I think tinkmaster overspark is a really interesting tech card that nobody is playing right now as well
