Got with this deck from rank 8 to rank 3 in 4 hours after ladder reset.

Mulligan for 1/2 manacost minions (except for Cruel Taskmaster)

Aim for board control and trade everything unless you see a possibility to close the game in the next 1-3 turns.

Finish with Charge minion + Inner Rage + Bloodsworn Mercenary.

Sometimes it's okay to throw Bloodsworn Mercenary as a tempo or as an additional activator for Battle Rage
