Ok so this is a little for fun deck I made about mid way through the witchwood that has garnered reasonable success so I thought I might as well share, it's a zoo deck but since I am an avid control player i wanted my own take on it to make it less like normal zoo and more controlish (I know most certainly it isn't top tier but again it's for fun) I'll go ahead and break it down and why I chose each card

Your main goal obviously as a zoo deck is to keep board control and just sorta bat your opponent out of the game (no pun intended) however I picked this deck as the ever present meme of how masochistic warlocks are and because imo the damage yourself procing minions are better than they seem and I built this deck with being able to combat midrange/slower decks in mind if you've played zoo before it should be too hard to know what to toss out during the mulligan and what to keep, however against any class which is probably playing something slower, particularly midrange it would probably be best to hold on to one Lesser Amethyst Spellstone just in case and one or both Duskbats or Vulgar Homunculus against another potential zoo or aggro deck, (little side note feel free to add Spirit Bomb as it would be a good addition i'm just not sure where to squeeze it in)

Dark Pact: not too hard to tell this is for if you're killing yourself a bit too much and can't draw your Lesser Amethyst Spellstones or Deathweb Spiders, also works well to just get some health from the 1/1's from Duskbat or the Kobold Librarian

Dark Possession: I added this as a flexible card and another way to proc your damage based cards it also helps getting off the Hooked Reavers along with it just gives you a potentially big demon you may need later

Flame Imp: standard zoo card that is a good turn 4 with Duskbat

Kobold Librarian: same goes for this as above and is your main card draw aside from The Soularium (you can go for two instead of two of the Hooked Reaver i just like to have fun with less played cards)

The Soularium: this will from now on probably be the only legendary in any zoo deck and be a staple to every zoo deck as it helps keep you from running out of steam if you get low and should ideally be saved for when you only have two cards or so at about 6 mana beyond ish and i chose to have this instead of two kobold librarians

Knife Juggler: another good zoo staple like Flame Imp really good for having a triple juggle turn if you drop a proc'd Duskbat

Vulgar Homunculus: nice little taunt that is arguably better than Voidwalker in a zoo deck or at least this one as it help works to proc the other cards

Duskbat: one of the main cards that made me make this deck (and is one of the worker cards if you will) as I like the card and it's just solid along with it made me experiment the damage yourself cards more which i hope we get more of in the future

Nethersoul Buster: completely tossed out Void Analyst for these bad boys because holy crap are they perfect for this, they're defensively statted for extra trading and at absolute minimum it's a 3/5 but it has the potential to probably regularly be a 7/5 or 9/5 (originally I had two Blood Witches to help with procs and be a bigger body)

Hellfire: again a staple to zoo to help clear the board or potentially setup for lethal or get you lethal directly

Hooked Reaver: now this one is probably the more questioned one but as I partially explained earlier it's a card you don't see much that I like playing around with as it can give you a big body to use along with a taunt to protect both your face since you're damaging yourself so much and your smaller minions

Lesser Amethyst Spellstone: these are mainly to help counteract how much you'll be damaging yourself via tapping and through the cards along with it helps keep board control since you don't have to upgrade it at all to use it

Spellbreaker: here is a spot where you really can put in whatever you wish i just use these guys because they're aggressively statted and help deal with taunts if you're facing slower decks

Deathweb Spider: another way to heal yourself up from all the damage you'll take and it will probably be your main trading tool since it's nice and defensively statted

Despicable Dreadlord: these guys are practically too good to pass up, the stats aren't bad and the effect really helps deal with the ever present paladin menace

and lastly Doomguard: I shouldn't have to explain these guys as they're your main source of damage and finishing potential
