i have to play the deck itself and watch for cards to replace, but i guess maybe some shuffle like espionage or sth, if ill play hs any day maybe ill do so :)

can anyone tell me a good replacement for valeera?

Note that Elise the Trailblazer will typically give you ~3 "cards from a different class".

Anyone have any idea what the best Elise replacement would be? Maybe a stonehill or something to help stop aggro and get a card out of it?

What do you mean you play without Cutlass and instead use Echo? Which Echo card? Cheap Shot? 

Face Collector is my WORSE replacement. Cutlass is better - let's you survive if played with some stolen cards. Echo legendary gives me sometimes great meme potential - i got benedictus, king krush/mosh, tirion, tarim, or so. There are some legendaries viable to play at a time but cutlass is better to play with

I opened a tess and wanted to make this deck. I have all the cards except elise and valeera, but only enough dust to make one legend. Which one is better to craft, and what are some good replacements for the other?

If you're looking for a more fun card, I'd say valeera. I think elise is maybe stronger, but neither are especially strong if you want to do well in ranked

is this deck good on ladder?

Unfortunately, it's not a great ladder deck. It is playable but it's not the type you want to achieve rank with. This is the deck that gives joy when your tess value is strong, but it can get easily get stomped by any druid, combo aggro deck. It is quite okay, but the usability should be better after the meta'll change for a bit. Not worth crafting if you want to rank up, worth if you are already happy enough with the rank and want to have fun :)

I've been wondering ever since I made a Thief deck, how good would Obsidian Shard be in this deck? It's 3/3 and you'd often play it for 3 or less mana, and you don't need 2x deadly poison, which I didn't much use with Spectral Cutlass, but as a situational removal with hero power dagger. So it frees up space for better cards.

This deck is the one Kibler plays with, if you have any ideas and have cards to replace with, play your version and let me know how good was it :)

I personally dont have lich king and valeera, so i play with Face Collector and leeroy. I dont have much survivability but im better at tempo. I guess trying out new options is always good to improve :)

Just opened Tess, now I just need to craft a second cutlass. Any tips on surviving against aggro decks?

How about some Vanish vs Taunt Druids?

I would love to say simply 'yes replace some card', but tess deck is the deck about creating value. You kind of always have a problem with taunts, but hadronox druid will create taunts after you vanish with witching hour and a cube, so it's pointless, you used 6 mana removal, he uses 3+5 to create the same wall over again, and then he will create another two walls if you have no silence (you don't run silencer in this deck) - tauntfurion is very annoying for any minion based deck. This is a minion based deck - you simply can't get passed taunts easily - you have to either to to kill him with some rng luck (you get like swipe from his class or so, or you try what i do always - play as tempo as you can win under 9 rounds - extremely hard but you will not bypass the Great Wall of Malfurion

I wanted to say that this deck is not extremely powerful on ladder, but if you play it correctly you can acheieve great fun when playing against camcer decks like tauntfurion. Imagine his/her face when you literally play some card like hmm swipe twice in a row and they have no hadrnoxes left - happened to me some day ago, and i played very late game tess, i had like 1 or 2 cards left in deck, he was into fatigue because of the card draw, so i got like two minions, a removal (starfall maybe?) and then i swiped his face twice xD
