Basically you have to cycle trough your deck, make sure you play shudderwock and get few 1 mana copies in your hand and THEN play yogg, now cross your fingerss and hope he wont mill you or discard your hand, then you can play your yogg shudderwocks.

You can also fill your opponents board with chests so he cant play anything or get that sweet glut ooze + blingtron value over and over again. Once in a while madder bomber battlecry will spice things up.
