This is Recruit. Why Blizzard doesnt use their own existing keywords makes no sense to me. If I'm making a wild deck and I want to recruit things, this would be a great card to include but it wouldn't come up in a key word search.

Interesting. This has the added benefit of thinning your deck as well. Not sure what deck could run this yet but I'll definitely play around with it.

how the hell does this card works?? like... i can summon a 7 mana minion if I have 10 mana???

Yep, looks like combo enabler, play this summon your combo minion and still have 7 mana in a bank.

but it seems you are paying those 7 mana... so thats ok, (too op for a common card), would've been legendary if it acted like that 0 mana druid dredge card but by summoning.  

then how is a common card.. thats super op late game. 

Because it's a random minion.  Highly likely you'll just pull the other copy of this.

Not exactly. You can summon a random Minion ranging from 0-7 mana from your deck. Doesn't guarantee a 7 mana minion unless it's the only minion you have. 

Basically summons a 0 to (CurrentMana-3) minion from your deck at random
