This seems like it'd be great in Rouge 

Compare with Imprisoned Felmaw, one of the only dormant cards that sees play and has the same stat line.  Felmaw unlocks two turns later and attacks the same turn.  To be better, you need to unlock this in one turn, otherwise it's worse and thus likely unplayable.  Playing this on turn 2 (or turn 1 with coin) means you'll almost never unlock it on the following turn.  So this card is likely unplayable.
