I think "Enrage" counts like "card text", so you can't mix Angry Chicken and Rat Pack. Five mana 3/7 chick-o-don with Taunt is possible though.

You're getting downvoted because you're not seeing the real combo here. 1 poison damage to the whole board makes this thing a doomsayer that activates at the end of your turn and doesn't kill itself.

Just had to ask... what's the play going forward?  Do you just play spells after that?  Your hero power is building more beasts...

This card is good because it doesn't require you to play control, but instead switch to control mode when you run out of cards.

Stonetusk Boar + Stubborn Gastropod gives Hunter a near-Assassinate.

I am gonna run Sideshow Spelleater during the first two weeks xD

49 beasts atm in standard for Hunter. This hero power will be good or bad based on the choices you're given.
Stonetusk Boar gives charge for only 1 mana.
Young Dragonhawk gives windfury for only 1 mana.
Tbh, most of the 1 mana minions give something great for cheap cost.
Stubborn Gastropod gives taunt and poison for 2 mana.
Vicious Fledgling could be even more of a pain if combined with something good, like charge. 
Dispatch Kodo and Duskboar is a 6 mana 6/5, deal 6. 
Rat Pack with something to buff it's attack is gonna make a lot of rats. 
Bittertide Hydra and Knuckles will both be nasty if combined with the right counterpart.

I wonder if Weasel Tunneler will shuffle the Zombeast into the opponents deck?

I hope control hunter becomes a thing with this

so three different beasts...does the hero power randomly craft some effects together  from the three beasts or are all effects included?

You pick 1 from 3 random beasts. Then you pick 1 from 3 different random beasts. Then you combine both the mana, stats and card texts of the 2 beasts. 

you get the choice of a beast with a text, then you get the choice of a best with a keyword or just nothing.
Then you stitch them together, you get the abomination you created by adding everything up and combining the text +keyword/nothing.

9/9 - Stonetusk Boar - Giant Sand Worm or
9/9 - Young Dragonhawk - King Krush

May be i'm wrong, but i think it's impossible because "The collectible beasts from the Hero Power are 5 mana or below."

Stonetusk Boar and Bittertide Hydra would be 9/9 - 6, Charge
