So Neptulon craft will be mandatory to play comptetitive shaman deck.. hm... Don't know if this Blizzard's troll after Thrall being Green Jesus or they just don't care for it to be more epic.
Murloc shaman can finally become something real with this card, knowing that you'll usually have a lot of murlocs by turn 3-4, you can actually use this on curve and (more or less) decide the fate of the game, note that it also buffs totems or whatever else is on the field
This is an example of Blizzard trying to steer Murloc decks back to shaman
murloc shaman is going to be significantly more viable with the new legendary. Unfortunately he is a legendary so it's unreliable to draw early, but imagine getting life tap from him. This card is god awful, but it would fit into a crazy murloc combo deck where you save up a bunch of murlocs in your hand and play them all at once. Could be doable with elemental destructions. It's probably a worse version of malygos shaman though.
It feels like a dream scenario card. It's a blunt "I win" card if you manage to pull it of, but more then likely it'll just sit there in your hand doing noting most of the time.
We'll see though, perhaps Murloc will become a midrange deck(only play murlocs when you can combine other on the same turn).
edit: after trying this card out in some simulations, it turned out to be pretty decent and some times really, really good with a murloc midrange type of Shaman deck. Consider me very surprised.
It noteworthy that this buffs all minions, not just murlocs.

Becose while playing murloc deck you can't afford to keep minions for the late game. Once you lose board control you lose game. Even if you keep murlocs in your hand for power turn later on you still lose most of the time becose previous had to be not efficient (murloc decks have really low card draw).
I hope the name of this card changes before release because this is the worst name for a card I can think of. It sounds like a quest name for a forgettable "rightclick 10 murlocs" kind of quest.

I was just thinking, you know, the one thing Murlocs don't have is win more cards. It's like they can start winning easily but never can seal the deal. Kappa
I mean, Murloc Shaman realistically already has:

bloodlust is 5 mana give a 3 atk for 1 turn... everyfin is awesome is potentially a 0 mana .. and will be on average a 3-4 mana spell considering that murloc decks tend to swarm ... a permenant +2/+2 for all your minions for a 3-4 mana (potentailly 2 or 1 or even 0 mana )
so yeah...it could be the one card murloc shaman needed to be a competitive deck
