Posted Mar 10, 2024 (Pre-Rotation Buffs Patch)It might be playable if playing 2 of them with 8 mana, will buff the hounds from first spell.
Then you will end up with full board of 6/6, or 7/7 with location.
Of course won't be its main use as it is great with location as well, but kind of needs that flexibility.

4/5 in Standard, 4.5/5 in Wild.
No, it does not need rush to be viable.
The lack of Keywords makes it slower but it's already almost always 10/10 or 12/12 for 4 Mana on curve, multiple bodies + Beast synergy.
Perfect synergy with Jungle Gym due to immediate removal/dmg (hence no rush needed). Also guarantees to occupy 1 board slot.
Perfect with Remote Control, another guaranteed board slot taken with a R.C. Hound that also receives the buffs.
Great with Observer of Myths, Bunny Stomper, Painted Canvasaur, Saddle Up!; so many more in Wild.
Great to set up soon to be Wild Cleave Hunter's Stonebound Gargon (or Shadehound).
Heck, even Mech Hunter...
If the opponent doesn't have a board wipe and you had good mulligan, R.C. Rampage wins you the game turn 4.
