better than kings, a lot better, and costs less. Very good card.
Yet another meaningless card for Paladin... Just a Blessing of Kings with less 1+1 so -1 mana but gain a divine shield, so, for a divine shield we take 3 fucking DAMAGE????
All cards they give to the paladin are a joke... (we're still waiting for a good card for draw after they took ALL of the base set away from us with NOTHING in return) so, Blessing of Wisdom, Holy Wrath, Hammer of Wrath , Lay on Hands, and Divine Favor for NOTHING (also you removed every card to draw but this Class still need two cards to remove board just like day one, the only class that hasn't gotten any buffs since the beta... (this game is doomed to death by now given the way is developed because have no respect for their players, no one balance, it has become a game exclusively for children...) for example, there hasn't been a tech card against spells since Loatheb, not a neutral polymorph since the nerf to the Tinkmaster Overspark (so NEVER a neutral polymorph) despite being an indispensable tech card in various metas, but every year we get the same weapon breaker and secret breaker...(total shit) I hope Blizzard don't even pay them, for being so much incompetent...(since anyone could develop this game much better)
I agree alot with you. I am Paladin Main since the first day and i am sick of the not existing love they give our class. Yet, i have to disagree on this card. This card is nuts. I am currently playin (and maining) a pure speed paladin and this card will slot anyday in there. 3/3 and divine shield for 3 mana(2 if reduced by cariel) is bonkers. I dont care about the 3 damage because you may kill something that would deal much more to you anyways or you push the same 3 damage face. And your minion is protected or gets a free trade, which means you outvalue the opponent and also even pushing speed. This card in a midrange pally, and even more in a pure midrange like i play, is fuckin incredibly good. But, it is apperently the only good card we got this expansion for paladin. The legendaries suck again, and there is no pure support whatsoever which i would say is the best archetype we ever had for paladin. they should push this and make it stronger. Thats how paladins should play, fast, but not aggro, and using value, but not grinding for ages. The sweet middlespot is so nice. I am enyoing this deck so much, but i would love to be getting more good cards for it and cards that benefit from bein racist.
Anyways, beside this, paladin (and warrior) is the most let down class in the last 3 years and it is clear blizz doesnt take a shit about our class. We are on our own to love and push this class and me for my part is doin this absolutely. As much as i like the design for deathknight, fuck you blizz, i will not play it and root for my pally even more.
Lets stay with our rightious way and purify all who have to be.
