Jamieson Price has voiced Yogg since his debut in WoW, and has voiced him in all of his appearances. He's also voiced Jaraxxus, Thorim, Barak Kodobane and a lot more.
This is the same va that has rone the other Yoggs as well, they've just gone with a different direction this time because it fits with the current thematic of Yogg being unleashed and wreaking havoc, as opposed to being imprisoned and manipulative.
