3 mana to add a Bloodfen Raptor with rush to this guy.
Feels very overstated, a arena card. I wonder if it was nerfed in development because it was too strong in Arena? Statline feels weird.

 Coining this doesn't seem like good value. It's a tempo card and coining this is not good tempo

You spent 5 mana and your coin to get a 6/5 rush.  That is NOT worth it. 

Instead you could have played two smaller things with that five mana that drew, discovered, or discounted other cards.

If you're playing something like this, it would be in a deck that have buffs in it.  It consolidates a small buff slot in your deck for it's own. 

Is it broken?  Hell no.  Will it be meta-defining?  Not likely.  Is it a decent minion to play with a deck that has buffs?  Sure.

Most decks don't need to do much on turn 1 though. Paladin wants to, DK wants to, Hunter maybe wants to. You still have turn 2 to do something else, or react to your opponent's board if you don't want to Forge this card. If they do nothing on turn 1, or play even a 1/3, you'll still trade positively even if they drop a 2/3 on 2. Maybe this card will need a buff, but even 5 mana 6/5 rush isn't that bad. It will most likely survive what you run it into. I do think it will need to be buffed in some way. Either the card itself, or like what hydrafrog was saying a deck with minion buffs would make this card pretty interesting. Blackrock 'n' Roll is a good example of a card that might help this card feel more powerful. Without even being forged, the card would become a 3(8) mana 6/6 Rush that can be improved to a 9/8 with Rush. I honestly think this card isn't too bad. It has a place in Aggro decks, it has a place in Midrange decks, just maybe not as much in Control decks.

So you can upgrade a garbage 3 mana 3/3 into an equally garbage 5 mana 6/5. Neat.

Man you can forge on different turn , example turn 2 . Forge in itself is a mana cheat effect.
