Quote from BlizzardThe courageous deeds of champions have long served as a source of inner strength for others, and witnessing a hero’s gallantry in action can be enough to inspire even the lowliest of squires to great feats of strength. In Hearthstone’s second expansion, The Grand Tournament, a host of minions are just waiting to be inspired by your actions!
Today, we’re taking a look at the new keyword, Inspire.
The new Inspire keyword triggers after you use your Hero Power, and affects any friendly minions on the board that have the Inspire keyword. Inspired minions can gain stats, attract additional allies to your cause, and so much more. If there’s one thing a Hero can always use, it’s more allies!
Argent Watchman might not look like the most fearsome of fighters, but he’s just waiting to be inspired to new heights. Make use of your Hero Power while he’s on the board, and he’ll take flight to take the fight to your foes!
Hero Powers are primed to be more important than ever in The Grand Tournament. Prepare your monologues, clad your steed in its finest barding, and inspire your troops to great victory!

Oh good this game didn't have enough RNG. With all the face hunters and giant locks.
Just in case you're confused:
RNG: Random number generator. Meaning that the software that hearthstone is ran by is based on numbers. It is what dictates what card you're going to draw from your remaining cards in your deck, it is what dictates which target the knife from knife juggler is going to hit, etc.
My guess is that spellslinger can give spare parts and bananas too. It doesnt say class spells. anyone got a confirmation on this?
just collectable spells. Works like Nexus-Champion Saraad
i feel meh about these cards but spell slinger is certainly better than say lock and load. I'm sure mage will get some more awesome class cards that will more than make up for this not even bad card.
While I like the concept of adding a new mechanic (inspire) to this game, I just don't see how these new cards can control or counter uber fast decks like facehunter and patron warrior... hope i'm wrong though >_>
The inspire cards currently made public can't, but there are plenty of cards we don't know yet. However, we have seen way more cards that require a slow meta than those who support a fast style of play. At least aggro don't seem to get much fuel and either the game will stay at its current pace or slow down.
And all the game needs is a little push towards control. I'm glad they don't just make aggro nearly unplayable, because that would break the game's balance as well as further supporting aggro.
Inspire is turning out to be an interesting mechanic with the drawback of being too slow :/
This. The hero power would have to cost less to be able to do anything with these.
Blowback Kreygasm
Spellslinger has pretty good stats for a Mage minion, but it's WAY too RNG- too much chance of it giving you a Deadly Poison or Shield Slam while giving your opponent a Flamestrike or Pyroblast. I don't like cards with THAT much RNG variance, you can basically end up instantly losing the game just because your luck is sufficiently shit.
All part of the RNG monster.
So essentially everything is going according to plan.
Would it be more interesting, if it gave both players the same random spell?
I doubt you would replace anything in a Rogue deck, but they consistently use their Hero Power. Could work in certain Mage decks as well, but would be hard to drop something in the 2-3 mana area for this.
Still hoping we get a Priest secret or two.
Since Mechwarper is a 2/2/3, wouldn't a 2/2/4 without card text be a balanced card?
esta muy buena la carta lo que pasa es que hay que buscarle un mazo donde tenga interaccion como por ejemplo Guldan!
The stats make Argent Watchman card good. Big ol booty for taunting with Sunfury Protector and an option to attack with Inspire. It's like a substitute for Ancient Watcher.
Another interesting minion. And it costs 2, so we will see it in play. At least from shredder deathrattle.
I'm getting excited!
Me too!
