Life Sentence is like, " You know that big ass minion that you we counting on to save your ass? Yeah, go fuck yourself."
Literally added removed from play out of Yugioh's playbook lol
If my hero doesn't scream "OBJECTION" when the secret triggers like they're Phoenix Wright I'm getting a refund
Hardest Removal possible but probably too expensive
Objection! seems ok but probably not viable as there are too many small minions that can disrupt it from getting a decent payoff
Contract Conjurer seems pretty easy to get going but there arent enough good mage secrets for standard, wild obviously it will see play so long as secret mage is played.
4 mana hard removal : was already too slow in 2017
contract conjurer : so much worse than Kabal Crystal Runner
Objection! : good card against deck with big minions, otherwise trash card
Why do people think mage got the best cards of the mini set lol ? I know other classes got bad cards but come on these are bad a well
Contract conjurer can be reliably played on 3 if you hold a 0 mana secret. Something wild secret mage can easily do. In many cases turn 3 will be + 0 mana secret + 3 mana secret + 0 mana 6\6
Another pattern is turn 1 secret that doesn't get revealed. Turn 2 coin, secret, 0 mana 6\6
Kabal Runner can't do this. I expect that wild secret mage will play either both or Contract conjurer.
Standard secret mage may become a thing because of this card.
4 mana hyperhard removal is a very good tech card against some types of bullshit and is not completely horrible against anything else.
New secret is decent against anything but deck full of 1 drops. It kills battlecries and it is a major thing.
If you have only played 2 secrets it's a 0 mana 6/6 rather than a 2 mana 5/5. It's absolutely better in many circumstances.
Funny how Flare and Eater of Secrets are countered by secrets, top tier game design
Well, upgrades for my renothal secret mage. Anything half-decent and secret-related goes there...
I wonder if contract conjurer will find its place in a regular wild secret mage. Looks good enough
Life sentence is essentially polymorph but without a 1\1.
Originality -100
I will be keeping the silver hand recruits I generate from Sinful Sous Chef in my hand to counter their 3-mana secret with my 1-mana token!
It will be Explosive Runes every time.
I'd argue polymorph is still better cause it throws a sheep in the res pool which is a little more useful
Life sentence and polymorph, A very stupid pourer creep.
Who cares? It's been like 7 years since polymorph came out its fine.
My mane point is polymorph is still good today and I'm worried that they recently just mad it to good, I mean that card polymorph always thro me of.
guys mage doesn't have many cheat secret tools in standard dont worry, the fastest it comes down is turn 3. we have seen the hell ( Ewin in turn 1) this is just a small flame
When I first saw Blademaster Okani I wondered why Mage didn't have a secret like Objection!. Contract Conjurer might be good enough to see place as a 3 mana 6/6 since Mage can squeeze out a secret on 2.
Yea who the hell needs 4 Mana 7-7 with Overload, when it's 2022 and you can have consistent 3 Mana or 0 Mana 6-6. Not overpowered at all. Ofc Mage players will deny it's good.
It is actually not important at all in a digital game where humans do not have to adjudicate the rules. Even if it causes you to misplay the first time, you learn how it works and probably don't make the mistake again. Or if you are uncertain about something, you can examine gameplay footage so you don't screw it up the first time.
All good cards. Life Sentence is the only one I'm not sure about, it's not too different from Polymorph and 4 mana removal is quite a tough sell, though in Wild it will definitely be good.
