You are right. Well... then at least Blood of Ghuun can't summon more minions from deck if you hit every minion or use any more spells to do so but the ressurect still is at large.
It will surely see play as lot of cards go away with this year rotation, but may be not after some expansions.
There's a flavor issue here. Why not stick to the deep sea theme for priest and call it something like "oceanic grave" or "deep sea pull"? Then remove that nature tag and make a cool whirlpool spell for druid or shaman, who can actually conjure one.
It's not like the ocean theme doesn't have any priest flavor. N'zoth lives there and I'm sure some deep sea Naga would benefit from both light and shadow magic...
Plague of death silenced the minions, Whirlpool doesn't.
Plague of death was better IMO.
Nice try :)
It is not a try. Sure that a priest player can't understand it. Board clear, board clear, and board clear is very fun gameplay for unskilled players.
It's removal, when has removal been interactive? This counters board, as opposed to Snowfall Guardian who actually punishes you for playing board.
Yeah, but Plague of Death made sure you're opponent was left with nothing.
Honestly, that situation was so fringe even in those days that I don't see it being a major factor. The reality is that this is a board reset that sometimes doesn't kill the stickiest of minions but sometimes has other benefits, and it is in Priest. It lives and dies based on whether Priest is viable beyond this card. If Priest is viable, this will see play, because it's a board reset in Priest. It really isn't that complicated.
Oh, lovely! I really hate that deck.
I love mill rogue. For me, it is the best deck ever made.
This is a REALLY good card, very powerful just thinking about all the decks it can mess up!
Well, we SMOrc them down to make sure this is not a thing. Thank me later.
I think Plague of death still better
Destroys Millrogue's coldlights.
If Kazakusan is still popular, this is good. Play it after you play your Kazakusan and now your opponent loses their Kazakusan.
This will suffer from the same downside Plague of Death did. Sure, it’s a cool AoE, but it develops nothing.
You say that as if Plague of Death didn't see play.
Unless you got that sweet sweet new 0-mana Legendary !
I love it!
