Has that problem where by the time you play this you already either drew the spells you want or played them.
This card just got a lot more dangerous with the latest reveals...
Decks that use this will run Balinda and Clumsy Courier, so expect madness well before turn 10.
This card can pull another of itself from the deck.Edit: nope
I am surprised that players don't understand how dangerous this card is. Those sneering at the 10 mana cost seem to forget that a Mage can easily cheat this out earlier with Mana Buscuits and spell discounts. I doubt it will cost 10 mana when it is played. Just be glad right now nothing in Standard can make this cost 0.
You can't cheat out anything with Mana Biscuits. They refresh Mana.
So if this cast a Time Warp, I'm assuming the opponent would get a turn before your extra turn?
How would you manage to shuffle a Time Warp in your deck?
Glide is an option i guess.

I see some perhaps serious problems with the support big-spell mage is receiving so far. The pirate from dead mines draws you a spell, the new legendary draws 2 spells and this card cheats 3 of them out from your deck, so to fully make use out of all theese cards you would have to run really a lot of big spells, like 8 or something. But if you do so, there will be times when you play Iceblood Tower for a lot of mana and you are not even guaranteed to get the spell you currently want, this is very costly spell for it's unreliability.
What makes making this archetype work even harder is that with all the cheating out of big spells avalible you want to avoid targeted big spells like Arcane Overflow or maybe even Deep Freeze. Your Grey Sage Parrot can also become clunky if you are cheating all your spells out with Iceblood Tower or Clumsy Courier.
In conclusion, so far it seems like a very clunky deck idea to me. I'd much prefer if they didn't discourage big-spell mage to also put regularly costed spell in their decks.
I can't help but wonder if you can use this to play the C'Thun, the Shattered pieces straight from the deck. You know, for meme purposes.
of course you can. why wouldn't you
Does it count towards assembling C'thun?
Can be cheated out with the COURIER CARD. People shudnt underestimate the card. A good 10 mana mage spell and we are ready to go.
Don’t forget with Celestial Ink Set it can become 5 Mana early on. You could realistically drop this on turn 5 if you play it right.
How early on is early on? Before turn 6? Because then you have to be running spells that cost small amounts of mana, spells that would be ineffective if this spell wastefully casts them.
No, you usually proc a Celestial Ink Set with a 5 cost spell like Arcane Overflow or a C'thun piece or something.
Or you use discovered cards from Panda/Scorpid/Enchantress/etc.
A haha haha haha HAHAHAHA HAHA HA! ... ha ha haha... ha.
That pretty much sums up this steaming pile of garbage.
We don't know the entire set yet.
