Which of them exactly? Which of them has "Battlecry: Go dormant"?
LOL, hilarious. Looks like Blizzard very randomly browses over Fan creations.
❤️
The final piece in the puzzle to always make Charge Shudderwock able to hit face. Amazing!
Except he doesn't clear it. Just tested it myself. He *poofs* everything except dormant minions.
I made this card 2 years ago

Vay be helal olsun
You can use it on your own minions to create some combos... i think its a cool card
It can also re-trigger dormant minions with awakening effects
Its nice that they are experimenting with banish (albeit temporary banish) effects
It's great against Embiggen Druid and all his hexproof minions
This is the strongest card in Ashes of Outland.100% Guaranteed.
Silence, you get the body. Sap? Opponents play again.Only hex most powerful this card, but not all classes have it!
I think it's a decent card, but you guys saying this will be in every deck like zilliax need to pump the breaks a bit. Zilliax was a form healing, removal, left a body on the board, and could even go face in some instances when a mech survived. Maiev is like a neutral sap and using this to set a up some kind of combo 2 turns later seems way too slow and would only work if you're already ahead on board and in that case you could probably be doing something more productive with the turn.
Its affordable removal for all classes dude. You're obviously going to run this in almost every single deck. You can use it for removing taunts, big threats (cofcof Embiggen Druid cofcof), reactivating dormant minions (if they end up being strong) and ALSO, leaving a decent body for what you've done before.
Except it doesnt remove / kill the minion, it just freezes them for 2 turns. Ziliax is a swiss army knive.
Of course they serve different purposes! It's obvious they're not the same, but they are equally strong for different purposes. You could count it as a "temporal removal", it gives you time to get more resources to handle the board, or on the other hand, burst damage, avoiding a taunt. In slow decks, you go the "wait for more resources" approach. In a more agro deck, straight to SMORCtown. In a midrange deck, you could avoid a taunt an do some trades or face, depending the matchup. There you have it, it's useful in A LOT of situations.
And also, maybe it's for three turns, I think dormant minions can't attack when they awake.
The good thing is that it will not trigger the reborn and deathrattle and two turns is long enough
The text in a card doesnt affect the board while it's dormant... Just like when Altars go dormant in Solo player content.
It is interesting to see:
-maiev is a Rogue hero
-we get a neutral legendary maiev
I think it's because in the lore maiev isn't really a rogue. She's a warden, which is it's own weird, different thing. When they make her a playable hero they make her a rogue since it's closest out of the classes, but when they make her a card they go with neutral.
