The 207th Brawl Spectacular! Rise of Shadows Pack Reward
This week's Tavern Brawl is much like the 100th brawl. Choose a brawl, get a random class and deck to go along with it and then fight another player. Both players are likely not playing the same brawl.
These are the brawls you can choose from.
- Battle of Tol Barad - Play a minion and get a random spell for the same cost, but for free!
- Yellow-Brick Brawl - Start the game with Dorothee! She grants Charge on her left and Taunt on her right.
- Catacomb Treasures! - Play minions to complete your quest and get an awesome treasure!
- When Clones Attack! - Every minion you play will generate a 1/1 clone!
- The Masked Ball - Summoned minions have, "Deathrattle: Summon a minion that costs (2) less."
- The Void Singularity - All of your minions become crushed into a single powerful entity of light!
- Cloneball! - Your deck is made of random Legendary minions, each cloned four times.
- Randomonium - Each turn your cards' cost are randomized.
- Valeera's Bag of Burgled Spells - Your spells summon a random minion of the same cost!

Posted Jun 2, 2019 (RoS Rogue Nerfs)Did they nerf Tol Barad quietly? I get so many spells, correction, so many useless spells whenever I play that one now. And by spells, I mean full cost spells, not the ones you get from playing minions, which defeats the point of the brawl.
I don't remember there being spells included in that brawl from before?

Posted May 30, 2019 (RoS Rogue Nerfs)I don't know that there is a clear hierarchy; they all seem "equally broken". Especially the ones that spawn free minions or the one that gives free spells.
Void Singularity might be the best option for grinding for the pack: either you've snowballed by Turn 5 for a clear win or you haven't, in which case you can concede and try again. Cloneball has lots of potential, but you only have 7 rolls for minions and sometimes you don't get anything to establish early board so you end up wasting your Offensive Plays to tempo out a minion just so you don't take too much early face damage. I wasn't impressed with Dorothy; free charge/taunt is nice, but all the other decks are gaining big value so it soon becomes hard to even keep a minion on board, much less control it.

Posted May 30, 2019 (RoS Rogue Nerfs)Oh yeah for sure. Best one is getting Barista - get 2 copies in hand and turn 3 onwards you can fill your board with 4/5's for free constantly, can't imagine any other brawl beating that under any circumstances.
