Not that it matters, but the idea behind month/day/year is to move from the fewest permutations to the most. You have 12 options, then 31 Max, then unlimited options.
It's an American company, an American game, written in English. Why wouldn't they use the conventional American way to write a date (month, day, year)?
Becoz China uses year-month-day format, which is reverse day-month-year format and that makes sense. Month-day-year format is used in USA and Micronesia (and as 2nd viable format in Saudi Arabia and Canada), so real split is 80/20 (or 90/10 if we count China). But what we expect from country which uses foots, inches, miles? :D
There are two types of countries: those that have put a man on the moon and those that used their resources in free healthcare, education, social security, and not having mass shootings almost daily.
And yeah then there's the third kind that has done neither.
Oh trust me, I know lol. The new(er) one is better though :P
Now, I just have to watch some new Ninja Turtles for comparison=)) I hope my boss won't fire me))))
They're always eating pizza... Now I have to order some pizza.
Ok are we hyped on this one?
I think yes :-)
When debating European vs American time zones I drop all of the sheep and instead go FOR THE HORDE!!

Because day, month, year is m9re used internationaly and makes a lot more sense. (Starting with the smalles and finishing with the biggest.
It's not as prolific as you think. Month before Date is also used in China and a lot of Asian countries. It's like a 60/40 split.
