What are your BlizzCon Predictions?
Share your predictions for this year's BlizzCon down below in the comments. They should definitely include Hearthstone but don't be afraid to hit up other Blizzard titles too! Some things for consideration:
- What will the overall theme be for the next expansion?
- What sort of mechanics do you think we'll see for Hearthstone?
- Will any new game systems be announced?

I predict another average expansion teased for almost two months like its the return of Jesus, to be bored of it two weeks later and see people cry like they don't know the game and expect things to change in the following expansion but buy packs anyway while creating new useless threads to wine about tier 1 decks they can't craft.
So we can't watch the announcement live like they did with previous expansions? Only through Blizzcon ticket?
Hope to see more jade like mechanics introduced!!! i love jade druid!!!! i play most cancer version of jade druid in casual mode jus to ruin peoples mood and i have no friends.
i hope we all get something as a new year gift
sure you'll get you two classic packs don't worry
I predict that the game will be a perfect mix between skill and rng, that the meta will be "really" balanced, that the weapons will be used to trade and not to face, that people will stop to emote and bm as if it was funny, that they will stop to rope each turn to make obvious plays, that the quests will be fun to do, that we will have more rewards, that we will have a new game mode, that the casual mode will be used to have fun and not to play competitive and cancerous tier 1 decks (face hunter and jade druid in casual, really ?), that the decks like exodia mage and big priest will stop to exist, etc, etc. Oh wait..It is hearthstone, i said nothing
lol face hunter tier 1.
Don't play with words son it's just an example of a cancerous deck, i know it's not tier 1
I hope this question has not already been asked : When will Blizzcon virtual ticket be removed from sale ? I would like to wait for the announcement of next expansion, along with Marin the Fox's details to make my mind about buying a ticket or not...
buy ticket to watch blizzcon? it's great fun. If Marin will be promo card it might not be even playable in standard as other promo cards were removed. If it will be an expansion card, you will be able to craft non-gold version anyway
Unless there's changes for Ultimate Bullshit announced such as a nerf or a removal from Arena, I don't care.
Unfortunately there won't be any. The card is the most busted bullshit ever stepped foot in HS, I can't even imagine how they thought it was OK.... :(
Somehow Blizzcon doesn't feel like the appropriate stage for announcing minor game balance changes.
Well, yeah, you're right, it won't happen.
But I just want to dream about it, because it's what gives me hype about Blizzcon announcements even though it won't happen.
What they really need to remove are DK's. They ruin arena completely. Especially Frost Lich Jaina. I wouldn't mind UI removed as well though.
It wouldn't be hard to remove DKs from Arena only. I like the DKs, but I can see why that would be a problem.
End aggro please. No one likes that playstyle except for casuals and children.
While I don't care for aggro either, it has a place in the game. Besides, if this last set isn't trying to reduce the influence of aggro in the meta, I don't know what is.
It will be Deadmines. The new mechanic will be Treasure, which will shuffle bonus cards into your deck (thus "burying" them). There are several ways they could make this work, but my instincts would go towards making drawn Treasure cards cause an immediate second draw, like Iron Juggernaut and the like. Thus you get the Treasure card at no cost. Because of the delay in getting them, their power level would be higher than that of Spare Parts, or perhaps have some Discover-like mechanic built in.
This is exactly what I was thinking... instead of Death Knights and Quests, there will be treasures that you shuffle into your deck.
