The Stitched Dual Class Card Design Competition
Season 5 of our Card Design Competitions continues! This week, we're designing cards which can be used by two classes.
Stitched - Season 5 Competition #16
This weeks theme comes from SanderNightsite whose "Rafaam" was the winner of our "Character Development" competition.
Competition-Specific Restrictions:
- This week you have to create a stitched card. Choose 2 classes and create a card that both classes can use.
- You are allowed to use class-specific keywords if one or both classes have them. For example you can create a Shaman/Rogue card and it can have both Overload and Combo.
- Your card can't be a Quest. I don't think this competition would be a lot of fun if every other card would be a dual-class Quest.
Submit Your Card Design Today!
Head on over to the submission thread to read the rules and submit your entry. Also be sure to check out this week's discussion thread.
Just in case Menagerie Warden wasn't good enough. This would be great in Midrange Hunter (as if that deck needs any help) as well as Beast Druid to go along with Menagerie Warden, Stranglethorn Tiger, Anaconda, etc. It could be used effectively as a big board push or help sustain in the late game if you run out of cards.
What do you mean? Does it vanish after a few days or are you having trouble just putting them in your comments?
It sounds like you're having problems with the uploading process, follow the following instructions for proberly uploading it to your Hearthpwn comment.
1 - Upload your card to http://imgur.com/ this is because Hearthcards.net only provides 3 days of storage. Which means that your card would dissapear after 3 days after uploading to Hearthpwn.
2 - Press Right Click on your card, and select Copy Link Address. This will allow you to press Ctrl+V to paste in the webadress.
3 - Begin to make your comment and click on the little icon between what looks like a broken chain, and a small youtube icon. It should look like a small picture of mountains with a small sun or something.
4 - Paste in your Webaddress via Ctrl+V. And press Ok.
5 - Enjoy :)
This is such a cool a cool idea <3
While it doesn't apply to this contest, I think we all want this card made:

When your minion needs a replacement!
"Stiched" cards has a very nice look to em'. Wonder if it ever would be a possibility to see something like that for Hearthstone in the future. Hard to see any real use for it. I mean, we kinda got that with the Kabal and such thingy.
Because being an honorable thief leads to many long-winded explanations.
The golden rule of Hearthstone is to have up to 4 lines of text. This is done in order to prevent overly complicated cards from existing. In some cases it's alright to go a bit over the boundaries but I suggest you always follow that rule whenever possible. This card is a great example of why that rule is pretty important - this effect is so complicated (by Hearthstone standards) and there's no real justification for it. The card tries to do too many things and all it does is create a mess.
Yes, yes, but what about growing decay...?
remember to submit in the actual submission thread ;D
Isn't 5 mana too much? Mark of Y'Shaarj cost 2 mana and gives you a card if you put it on beast.
This card is either all friendly minions or all enemy minions, not just one minion target
And I created two identical cards and used paint to overlap them. :-/
A warlock/hunter card
Inb4 1 mana 4/20
"At the start of the game: draw patches right after your mulligan"
Seems legit for warriors and rogues Kappa
This is just a little something I brewed up.
As long as i am watching some cards designs i always have a question: those guys who invent cards are actually drawing art for them by themselves or they just copy it from pinterest/deviantart/other art platform?
