Moreover, this big dude might be strong but not fun to play at all.
The card art looks like a Fan created card.
The only aplications that i can think at this moment, besides a fast ramp, is to combinate Kun the Forgotten King and then summon Tyrantus So we can win the table for a couple of turns to compensate the high mana cost the card has
Barnes -> Y'Sharaj -> Tyrantus -> GG
There are no board clearing effects around that mana level that could get him off board. You'd need to waste all your freezes, taunts, and still tank lots of damage. This is as broken as a Turn 4 14/14 Edwin like we've seen in tournaments recently. Often, even if Rogue makes a 10/10+ Edwin, some classes have a chance to remove it in time (up to 2 turns), but Rogue can still recover from Edwins cost.
The new mass corruption may become a thing. Freeze effects to at least try to block it from attacking, but it comes at such low costs (1 card, 3 incl. Innervates, but you'd usually just ramp) and such a huge threat, that you just don't interact with it. You just go face and try to end the game fast as possible as soon as this guy gets on board.
Boring and bad design IMO. It's probably supposed to be a board clear in later stages, asking of the opponent to remove it with his own minions, but opponent will instead just go face or just lose.
I would be pretty happy to put Tyrantus in a deck with Madam Goya and Y'Shaarj.
Yeah and 90% of the comments are oooh nooo this Card get counterd by cards that counterd EVERY other card in hearthstone
Vilespine Slayer
Am i late to say that this is one of the most horrible cards arts that hearthstone has?
the card itself is MEH...
Isn't the druid class dinosaurs supposed to be based around the Stegosaurus? Im pretty sure I heard this in an interview. I was expecting an awesome stegosaurus and all we get is a blurry raptor. It seems like this is just placeholder card art. I generally don't care about card art but Blizzard has always done a great job. This and the warrior legendary just seem like they zoomed into a dinosaur in the background of an environment in Ungorro.
paladin is supposed to get Stegosaurus. druid is supposed to get brontosaurs.
I think the stegosaurus was supposed to be for paladins (they called them noble in a reveal stream) and that long neck ones were supposed to be for Druid. Either way having all of them have these dinosaurs goes against the idea that each class gets different ones as focus dinosaurs
Is that 9cost 55 bitch out of meta? We could play that and refill all mana by 10cost 77 dude -> faceless this beast
Then we have a bitch dude beast beast family ready to be flushed by Nether
Who cares if they kill my green 12/12. The next one is a 13/13! Such a disappointing card for my favorite class.
(Jades are just as disappointing because they are boring as hell but whatever)
it's like you can read my mind! wtf were they thinking, druids supposed to be interesting.
Awful artwork, really, terrible! The card is playable, but not OP
Despite the fact that it's neither immune, neither untouchable. Nice card tho!
