Wonders of Un'Goro: Episode One - Welcome to Un'Goro
Blizzard has just released the first episode of a new Wonders to Un'Goro series featuring 'Professor George H. Doyle the 4th' showing you around Un'Goro. There is apparently a new episode each week! There was also a .. not too revealing surprise at the end: Galvadon! a 5-mana Legendary card. A reward for 'the last Kaleidosaur Quest'. Unfortunately that is all that was revealed and it's other stats and card text are still unknown.
Galvadon
A small sneak-peek into the Paladin quest reward.
What really bothers me with new late game legenadries for paladin is that...
THEY DONT NEED MORE VALUE
For real paladin has one of the best legenadries in the game and pretty good late game value cards. What they lack atm is good early game and/or some tempo mechanic - if no early game will be presented - allowing for taking over the board on turn 4/5 without having to worry about single target removal messing your plan totally.
I dont really mind this as they said each class will get new legendary quest which prolly going to be new contorl mechanic. BUT if no early game tools will be presented for paladin then all this value dont really matter until HS turns from tempo based game into slow attrition format.
Just really looking forward for paladin getting good early game or more handbuff support.
Oh no Blizzard are calling us children and not champions or adventurers, how can my self esteem recover from that !! - The whole atmosphere around the expansion is Elise taking these young little scouts journeying and questing around Un'goro which is inhabited by dinosaurs ( i wonder which demograh likes dinosaurs the most?!)
the video looks silly- they did gazettas, journals with childish doodles, drawings on buildings all over the world for WotoG, a fb chat, Ben Brode rapping ( sure it was a response to a reddit thread but still promotional) and other things for advertising a card set, this is simply another one , i mean this not a guac boi commercial
No cards revealed- really?? are you that impatient that is so dare I say childlike, you will literally get a reveal in 2-3 days
It wasn't as bad as the last promotional video they made, but... can we just not waste money on crappy videos? Like... focus on the game experience, the UI, new functions... once that shit is down, sure hire someone who knows how to produce interesting videos, but up to that point can we focus on actual relevant stuff?
Going out on a limb and going to say that Hearthstone's developmental budget is not connected to its advertising budget. Additionally doubt that the people developing the game have much input in how much money Blizzard devotes to advertising.
What I'm wondering is how the hell are they going to fit," The Last Kaleidosuar" onto a hearthstone card, it seems close to the max
Murlocs + Gentle Megasaur is already a dream deck and in addition, i hope this legendary will rise paladin as the new meta.
I'm ready for this wild Trolden highlight.
Finja => 2 Murloc Knights => Hero Power for 2 more Murlocs => Gentle Megasaur.
The DREAM!
Pro tip: the best thing to do if you're upset that this guy called you children (not even seriously, either) is to whine like children. That way, everyone will know you're upset.

Nice Job Blizzard!
Thanks for revealing your reprint of mysterious challenger except now its a beast and costs 1 less mana.
Do you have a mental handycap?
It seems like everyone here just can't take a joke. I thought the lighthearted mood of the episode was good, and it was all around enjoyable.
The statement of "hello children!" is just a saying, chill out!
No it's not!
It just shows the arrogance of BLizzard who just keeps spitting in the faces of it's player base. They not only raised pack prices in over a third of the world's countries where just being able to afford internet is a daily struggle but they also refuse to reveal any real cards to players who need a reason to even give a shit about playing them game anymore let a lone invest any more time and or money into it.
Yet you still refuse to accept and demand Blizzard to a tone for their greed or for how they have raped the game with their JADE and PIRATE cancer, like a child who has been abused by their parents and lives completely in denial.
It's time to stop hiding in the closet and demand real change!
So that's where they spent the heroic tavern brawl money...
Everyone that is whining about them saying little children are proving the statement correct. It's just funny and lighthearted. I absolutely love the flavour and can't wait for the next one. Well done Blizzard!
OK here we go:
George & Ed in the Morning!
If only they got Donald Glover as well...
He greeted us as children
What do you suppose the age demographics are for this F2P card game?
average age is 21. Pesky facts
